RODRICK “LOVE ARCHITECT” GLOVER

Rodrick “Architect of LOVE” Glover is a dynamic motivational speaker who has reached more than 70,000 youth and adults across the United States through workshops and dramatic productions. He grew up in the inner city of Detroit, MI and found his way to Nashville, TN by attending/ graduating from Architectural Engineering Department at Tennessee State University. He teaches people to change negative behavior into positive results. He founded I CAN FLY non profit in 2002. He is also an author of his first book called “I CAN FLYYYYYY!” The book teaches parents and children how to dream, overcome negative behavior and set goals.

He has successfully transformed his life story from a one-man-show into a full-length drama production known as Motivations Drama. Motivations Drama consist of skits, songs, and dynamic motivational speaking. The primary focus of the production is to teach teens, college students, single adults and parents how to prevent drug/alcohol abuse, domestic violence, date rape, AIDS, STDs, unwanted pregnancies through making healthy life choices.
This dramatic approach has given him a platform to reach audiences of all ages.

His ability to make people laugh and feel good about themselves has enabled young people of all races to know they can overcome any obstacle in their life.
Rodrick’s expertise and desire to assist young people in developing healthy relationships, making life-changing decisions and realizing the essence of loving one’s self, is truly a blessing of hope for this generation.
Rodrick’s main concern is “uplifting the self-esteem of our youth and single adults by empowering them to love themselves as well as others. If Motivations (the cast and I) can motivate one person headed for destruction to change, our mission is completed one person at a time.”

Rodrick’s goal for each production is to promote an atmosphere of trust, love, and understanding for each person attending which in turn opens the door of acceptance to his message of Love and self development. “We must learn to work together and to respect and love each other regardless of personal or religious beliefs. ”
