I booked this person for my sons second birthday party for Saturday, February 6th. He required a 50% deposit to be paid to his website which he continuously contacted me about to see whether is was paid because he said he had someone else inquiring about the same day. I did end up paying the deposit and on the Thursday before he texted me stating he had been in a car accident where he broke his wrist and would not be able to perform at my event and he would try to get my deposit back as soon as possible. I provided him with a paypal account to refurn the money and he has continually come up with reason as to why he has been unable to return my money. I have not heard from him in two days and appears I will need to get law enforcement involved shortly. However I did find a great balloon twister that came to the party and not only did an awesome job and the kids loved him but he was cheaper also.
