Marc and Linda provided the entertainment for our company Holiday Party. Marc hosted Family Feud and Linda managed the photo booth.
Marc was accommodating when we requested changes to the Feud questions and answers only a few days out from the event. We had to shuffle around players for Feud and he managed those changes without issue.
The photo booth was a huge hit and I'm happy that we were able to get digital copies of all of the pictures.
Overall, everyone had a great time and Marc and Linda made my job easier.

Marc & Linda created a great and fun environment for the kids as well as the adults at our after prom party! They have top notch equipment and the Giggle Booth (photo booth) has lots of great options for props! Marc did a great job getting students of all personality types to engage and participate in games and karaoke. Many students said it was the best after prom they'd ever been to! I would recommend them for your event!

Marc and his wife do an outstanding job. We hired them for our company event of about 350 people. Everyone loved it. Great keepsakes with our company name on the photo strips. Each person in the photo got their own strip and could have the photos sent to their phone. They had tons of great props! I would recommend them highly. Very hands on and great communication before and during our event.

Thanks Kandice! It was a joy to be part of Clearwater Paper's Family Fun Day and it was fun to watch the kids pick out their props for their pictures. We had many many colorful pictures from the kids dressed in their Halloween costumes combined with the props they picked.

The tribal elders were extremely satisfied with how the event went. The photo booth was the main attraction. They absolutely loved it! I wanted this event to be something that our elders and other elders from the 11 tribes in Wisconsin were going to remember and have a little take home also. This was perfect. Thank you for everything! If and when I have another event, I will definitely be calling you!

I inquired about booking an event at the Hilton in Downtown Madison, WI. Marc provided prompt service when we were in the planning stages of the event. He was easy to get ahold of and discuss what we were looking for. I was very explicit in my request for a G-Rated show. I think he did a pretty good job of holding up that end of the deal. Marc helped with some awards that we were handing out before we got to his game. I point this out because he is good about offering to do things outside of the games and music- he can host the entire event. The actual family feud game went smoothly. After the game, we did karaoke. There were plenty of people that wanted to sing and had a good time.
There were a few things Marc could improve on. He should refrain from religious jabs (it was a corporate event), be more aware of social cues (personal space), and include hotel room requests in the original contract rather than on the fly.
The entertainment for our holiday work party this year was Family Feud with Marc Simon. Marc provided holiday music for us before the game and hosted the Family Feud game show for the main event at the party. We received great feedback from associates at the event who participated in the game and from those in the audience. Marc did an excellent job and everyone had a great time.
We had a small group of 40 people where Marc provided the entertainment. Everyone had a great time and he was able to bring together people from all generations into great/clean fun.
Marc is an exceptional host! The game was fun and exciting. We loved the real game show set-up. Marc was extremely helpful in arranging the players to accomodate the size of our group. I would definitely recommend him.
I am an event programmer from a smaller college campus in MN, and recently hired Marc to put on a game show. He was able to tailored the event to be exactly what I was looking for, and the turnout was better than anticipated. We advertised an average amount, and this event proved to be something college students were drawn to. About 120 people came, and we totaled with 28 teams participating. Marc was also very easy to work with, and did not require much from me. He figured out his own hotel accommodations, and did not require much help setting up his game show layout.
Marc's equipment was professional and glitch free. His speakers were a little hard to hear at times, but that could also be due to the location and number of people in the space. The contestants didn't seem to have any problems hearing, only a few in the audience.
The questions were diverse in subject, including a lot of older trivia. For a college atmosphere, many old movie or old sound clips were unanswered. Other material used was fun and competitive among contestants. I'm sure he will comply if you ask him to tailor the questions to a specific time period or contestant age level. It is hard to know what category the participants are interested/knowledgeable in.
Overall, I think the event was well facilitated by Marc's hosting abilities, and the participants had fun. Everyone who wanted to participate in the show was able to have a shot at the podium, making it very engaging and interactive with 100 people. Towards the end a few people trickled out of the event, probably because they were not going to win and had other plans.
From an event planner's perspective, I recommend Marc's Game Show Mania to those who are marketing to a competitive and enthusiastic group of people interested in interactive and engaging events.

We have had Marc as entertainment host for our Christmas Party 2 years in a row. He does a fantastic job organizing and hosting this portion of our party. His equipment, props and content are very professional, humorous and fun. He does a great job entertaining and keeping everyone involved. My clients should expect the event to be a memorable one where the participants will be talking about it for days afterward, laughing about things that happened and wondering when they might have an opportunity to see it again. I have many re-hires from corporate events and for good reason.
I am a 38 year veteran of event entertainment and introduced Wisconsin, Florida and Colorado to the karaoke industry in 1985 and I've performed over 5000 bookings to date. Because of the difference in the initial exposure to karaoke, the show was really about total entertainment for everyone in the crowd weather or not they would sing, dance or just sit and watch. So we don't just stand up there and grind out singers. Game Show Mania was also introduced by me in Wisconsin in 1997 and has been widely accepted because of all the game shows on tv. In 2014 we re-tooled so we could offer widely known TV Game Shows and have been servicing the corporate world since. We tailor each show to the specific needs of the client with the additional use of prizes, extras between games, personalized game questions and whatever the client needs help with. I come to a venue with my own lighting, PA, tables with skirting, projector with inside or outside screen, props, and include everything that is needed except prizes for the Game Show and I am fully insured.

I have Game Show scripts for all ages and over 10,000 songs of regular music in all genres, plus over 100,000 arrangements of karaoke music to fill any night, any venue. Plus, any regular music or newer karaoke songs that I may not have I can get over the internet on the spot with my hot spot internet connection and subscriptions to various music channels.

I look at each situation as a possible learning experience and ask myself how I can improve the show. Each venue has its' own characteristics and because I have performed in gigs that were world conventions to very personal home venues, I have been able to consider multiple facets of the total show experience, drawing upon the specific needs and attitudes in each situation. I added 7 more game shows to the offerings to be able to appeal to more clients and to make long distance gigs easier to manage in moving equipment.
I am fully self contained and bring all my own equipment including tables and skirting, PA, lighting, props, projector, large cinema screen, and can accommodate any venue, inside or out.
Very little if anything is required and if something is needed, I personally request it from the venue in advance for you.
We don't really require a stage but have used them occasionally. We have our own tables but use them only when the venue doesn't have 6 or 8 foot tables with covers/skirting available. We can use our own internet "hot spot" but prefer using the venue's w
