Mu-Sick Beats for the past twenty-two years have been working as Music Educators, Funk and Jazz composers and performers. The last eleven of those years have been in the San Francisco Bay area. In addition, we have toured the world performing Jazz, R&B, Reggae and World Beat music in various venues and for many satisfied customers.
All of our musicians have earned advanced Degrees in Music Performance, Composition and musical experience. Areas of interest include Jazz, Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae.

I have for the past twenty-two years been working as a Music Educator, Administrator, composer and performer. The last eleven of those years have been in the San Francisco Bay area. I toured the world performing Jazz, R&B, Reggae and World Beat music with various bands, taught upright and electric bass privately, and have released two CD’s of original compositions.
Areas of expertise include Jazz composition and performance, music theory, music production, Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae. While pursuing my education I had the opportunity to study with Dave Holland, Malachi Favors of the Art Ensemble of Chicago, John Lockwood and George Russell, creator of the Lydian Chromatic Concept of tonal harmonization.
