I was once told after a show in regards to my performance, "It's like you're listening to someone tell funny stories and jokes at a party with friends." I really personalize my shows. I go off the cuff a lot and interact with the audience. People hear this and think, "Awe, well, he's going to make fun of us." Quite the contrary. I love building people up that I talk to. My goal is to show the audience that I'm not out to get them, we're just hanging out and having a great time! I also tell personal stories, jokes and other anecdotes. Most importantly, I leave people wanting more. I've been re-booked for company parties plenty of times over the years. I've had a blast at every party I've performed at and I pride myself on delivering a different performance every time.

Weber has also been apart of some of the biggest Comedy Competitions and Festivals in the United States. He took first place in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition and was among the "Best of The Fest" groups at the Burbank Comedy Festival, San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival (2x) and Big Pine Comedy Festival.
