Naathan recently performed at my son's 2 year old party and I am so glad I booked him! He is not just a magician but a true entertainer. His material had both the children and adults engaged in laughter and in awe of the magic the entire performance!

Each guest commented on how impressive Naathan's act was, and were amazed by how he was able to keep the kids entertained. I have tons of photo shots with both adults and kids literally Laughing Out Loud!

We hired Naathan to perform at our daughter's 2nd Halloween birthday party in Orange County. Naathan arrived early to set up, and he got extra points for dressing up as a wizard student from Gryffindor. His backdrop was beautiful, and his routine was awesome. He is really funny and dynamic. His material is very appropriate for BOTH children and adults. We were laughing and having so much fun. He was using real live white doves and rabbits. At the end he let the kids pet the animals. His fee was a little high, but my oh my it's worth it. Do your child a favor and book this man now! You need at least a month in advance! We love you Naathan and we'll be using you again in the future!

Wow, Naathan; I couldn't begin to thank you enough for such a wonderfully amazing day! You not only had the kids mesmerized by your entertainment, but the adults were also laughing and having a great time as well. Just saw his show tonight at our annual Cub Scout banquet. He was also an Eagle Scout. Loved how he turned his tuxedo magically into a Boy Scout uniform.His slight of hand is flaweless, great timing and funny as heck, the children and adults had a great time through out the entire show. No lag time. Really enjoyed his singing voice also. Great magician, singer, comedian- great stage presence. It was our best annual banquet by far because we had such great entertainment.

Naathan Phan is hilarious! No, I mean, really so very funny. He'll surprise you with sheer silliness. But I've also seen him in more serious roles, and he does great there too. And you'd think with all the times I've seem him perform, from volunteering at cub scout camp to the community festival (in Tustin) to his stage shows in plays and magic performances to emceeing events; after all this he surprises and delights me every time. My kids are all comedians (non-professional), so I've gotten to experience many different levels of comic timing, but Mr. Phan has the best comic timing IMHO. It must just be his natural talent, because I've never seen him off his game. If I had to give one criticism, and maybe this is a plus for some people, he can be a bit edgy, nudging the boundaries of appropriateness. I'm a prude though, so take that how you want to. All-in-all though, he's my favorite magician and an excellent all around performer.

Attending some of family functions with Nathan as one of the host's relatives. He is such an entertainer and sure make the event even more so enjoyable. Thinking about hiring him to entertain our guests at a wedding event during hors d'oeuvre hour. . .

Nathan did a show for my dad's 60th birthday and it was great. There were kids and adults present and the kids absolutely LOVED it, they were talking about it for days after and my niece even asked "can he come to my next birthday party instead of a jumper?". And even though our goal was to make the kids happy, his show was plenty entertaining and comedic for adults too. I definitely recommend this guy, plus his accents are awesome! :D

Majuc show unlike any other that I have seen. Hired Nathan for a birthday event and we got so much more than expected. He is entertaining, comedic, and magical all in one. Great show and personalized to fit exactly what we wanted.

Naathan is not just a world-class magician, great with kids, a brilliant showman, and a colorful personality…he is a good guy. And ultimately, when you hire someone to perform any service, especially a service involving children, isn't that what you look for?

Naathan has performed for me countless times and I still am wowed with every performance. His takes on old favorites are refreshing and his ingenuity with new material is tasteful and performed with his own signature brand of artistic (and Scottish?) flair. He transitions perfectly between flashy, showy, big magic and close-up, intimate, and personal magic while always throwing in his unique sense of humor—perfect for kids and grin-inducing for adults.

But, to sum the way I started, the best part about Naathan is the peace of mind you get when doing business with not only a talented professional, but a genuinely good guy. And for me at least, that is the most important thing.

We enjoy having Naathan back every month for our Family Fun Zone Fridays. He is very engaging and the audience really enjoys his performance.

"Wallet fire bending!", is one of my favorite gags provided by Mr. Magic Asian Man. With so much experience under his "Hat" it's no wonder why simple magic tricks and an array of Fantastic Entertainment will make you a Phancy Nathan Phan fan. Nathan's card handling is magnificent ranging from the simple, shooting cards from one hand to the other, to card surfing beach boys! He's quick on his feet and fast with his teeth. He emanates jolting energy when on stage performing, leaving you with chills on your spin and little sparks frolicking through you arm hair.

Why isn't this guy as famous as Chris Angel?! I know a lot of performers: variety artists, actors, singers, magicians and the like and this guy blows them all out of the water!

My friend invited me to the Magic Castle, a private magician's club in LA. I've been a few times and seen some pretty decent acts... but nothing like this. Nathaan wasn't on the official schedule but I poked my head in while he was giving a "private" show and ...wow... just wow. Not only can he do classic magic like card manipulation--making handfuls of cards appear out of thin air--and some of the craziest tricks inches in front of your face and apparently stuff with animals like doves but he sings too! Legit singing. I heard him singing requests along with Invisible Erma--a ghost piano player who can play any requested tune. He was crooning, belting some Journey, did a ridiculously good Elvis... and then he busted out into opera!!! WTF?! Who is this guy and why isn't he on America's Got Talent or something? I checked him out on YouTube and apparently he does dialect coaching, balloon animals, and stand up comedy too. I chatted with him after his show and he was such a nice guy. Turns out he grew up in Scotland and came over here to be an actor. He's been in a couple of movies and TV shows too, "Nothing big" he said, lol.

I'm nearly 30 and I'm not ashamed to admit that I am booking this guy for my next birthday... and holiday party... hell, I'll invent reasons to hire him--he's soooo good!

We hired him for our elementary school on-campus campout and he was fantasitc. He entertained a large 300+ crowd and then after a great show, stuck around to sign autographs & let the kids pet the rabbit from the show. Highly reccomended!!!

Naathan was hired to entertain my son's Boy Scout Den for their Blue and Gold Annual Dinner. He shared his personal, touching, and hilarious stories his Scouting experience, then went on to amaze us with his magic. Adults and children shared side-splitting laughter. Our family has considerable experience with magicians--including many visits to the Magic Castle. I rank Nathaan among the best. I was tickled pink when the scouts and their siblings were asking him for autographs at the end of his performance. If you want a funny and wonderful magician who will delight both children and adults, and who will cater his material to suit your event, hire Nathaan! My kids are still talking about him.

Nathaan performed a 30 minute magic act our Cub Scout Blue and Gold Dinner last week. He was entertaining and kept the kids laughing and on the edge of their seats. They were absolutely enthralled. The adults were also laughing and just as involved. Many of the parents approached me after Naathan's act and complimented me for booking him. Naathan also talked about his scouting experience, which was a nice bonus.

As far as the booking experience. Naathan was quick to respond and very professional. He was on time (actually early) to our event and spent as much time as the kids wanted after the act to talk to them individually and pet his rabbit! Thanks Naathan!!

Naathan provided an awesome show! He provided a show for our cub scout blue and gold dinner. He had the attention of 40 to 50 young elementary school age boys and their parents and siblings. Naathan was perfect entertainment for our Cub Scout Blue and Gold event. The kids were mesmerized and all were entertained. Not an easy feat with a group of 6-12 year old boys.

Naathan Phan performed December 16, 2011 in Covina for Cub Scout Pack 444's Christmas Party. I was amazed at his versatility and talent. Naathan was able to relate with scouts as well as parents.

Naathan brought his magical expertise to our adult Christmas party. He was entertaining, witty, sincere and an absolute blast.

Our Christmas parties are always outstanding, and we are a very tough crowd to please. But Naathan made this Christmas one of the most memorable.

We hired Nathaan for our son's 1 year b-day party and I admit, I didn't know what to expect. He exceeded my expectations and much more. He was engaging, funny, and self-deprecating. The kids loved him and the adults got the humor. I would definitely hire Nathaan again for other parties, maybe a more adult theme one. I think we barely scratched the surface of his talents at our son's party. At one point, one of our guests played the piano and Nathaan starting singing, wonderful voice.

Naathan Phan was an absolute hit for our daughter's 9th birthday party! :) The magic was awesome & he is an awesome entertainer! All 15 kids & adults were glued to him & his tricks the entire hour!! :) He made our daughter's birthday extra special & everyone was talking about it for days! Naathan was very professional. The kids absolutely LOVED him!! Even the adults had a great time. He went above and beyond my expectations. He dressed up as a Hogwarts magician and was in character the entire time. His magic show is probably one of the best out there. Definitely better than the others I've seen. Brilliant performance by a talented magician/comedian/balloon twister/singer. Everyone had a great time!

Naathan was fantastic. I had 20 kids with ages ranging from 3 to 13 and they all loved the show. He was very energetic and talented. The tricks were all very believable and his sense of humor just added to the show. He is also very talented in making animal balloons for the kids. He knew how to make all kinds of animals and toys by memory, from giraffes to swords, bears and hearts. Naathan even did some great close up card tricks for my family. I would absolutely recommend Naathan.

Naathan came as the great Hogwarts Wizard in full costume and in character all the way. Gave a great Wizard Magician show that was not only entertaining for a group of 14 kids (5-9) but also for the 12 adults in attendance. This guy is not only a great entertainer but also a responsible, good person. His follow up is top notch and his attention to detail is superb.
