Book me as your private chef for a sit down brunch for two, or a family gathering of 16. I specialize in American Comfort Food, Cajun, Seafood, BBQ, Provencal, lite French, and an array of Desserts. I offer drop off catering, hors d'oeuvres, salads, starches, veggies, appetizers, pasta's, and meats.
I provide personal cooking with all ingredient and equipment included, as well as service only cooking at an hourly rate.

Nakita catered my mom's repast in September. First, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything she prepared was perfectly seasoned and sooo good. Everybody couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.
As far as the service - OUTSTANDING!! Nakita and her team were my version of perfection. They greeted everyone at the door. They served the head tables restaurant style, and throughout the event they walked around with trays of non alcoholic beverages to see if anyone else wanted any. The buffet line was well thought out and went quickly and seamlessly. Everyone was so impressed with the food and quality of service.
My only complaint was that she didn't bring enough business cards to hand out. So many people wanted one. (Of course I'm being facetious about that being a complaint.) Lol. I figured she probably didn't bring too many cards out of respect, which shows another level of class on her part.
If you're not sure about using Nakita, don't be. I'm extremely picky when it comes to things being done professionally. This young lady and her team exceeded my expectations. She gave us a black tie experience that totally honored my mom.

Nakita is friendly and very thorough in her work. She made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the company. She was attentive to all our guests, adults and kids and everyone commented on how nice she was. Thank you for your great work Nakita!
I witnessed her at a event that I was bartending for on 11/23/19. Her staff was very professional and courteous with smiles as they worked the room. Also, I had the opportunity to taste her food and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend her and I have her in mind for my next event.
We have Nikitas group on 1st of september 2019. she is wonderful and did excellent work with her crew on my daughters wedding reception of about 250 people. left the kitchen spotless and took care of our guests in very professional manner.we requested her to stay over which she did and finish the job.I will recommend her without any hesitation.Excellent work Nikita.

Our event started on time without any hiccups. I have hired a lot of wait staff companies, however none of them come even close to the superb service that was provided with Nakita. We could not be more pleased with Nakita’s Catering & Events. We needed 2 people to help with set up and take down of our wedding. Nakita and Kelly came to our venue, they were professional, polite, and took charge of the tasks so I (the bride) could relax and get ready. My Aunt, who was also assisting in setting up, gushed about how great Kelly was at completing the floral arrangements and last minute touches. After the ceremony they helped with water service, made us our plate of food, and kept asking if there was anything else we needed. They also packed up all our dishes and cleared the tables. Honestly, they were both life savers and made our wedding run smoothly. I can’t say enough great things about Nakita and Kelly. Thank you so much!!!

Nakita came to help serve at our family Thanksgiving dinner this year. Needless to say, we will be having her back every year! She is professional, works extremely hard throughout the event and was just wonderful!
Nakita and Kelly served at a large dinner party we recently threw at our home. They were wonderful! From making sure our guests (including a lot of kids) were well fed, to checking on everyone’s glass levels and finally to the clean up; we were so pleased! We will definitely continue to use Nakita and her staff for our future events!
My daughter hired Nakita and two others (Kelly J. And Shakeeta H.) for waitstaff at her wedding last Saturday. All I can say is these ladies were on it!!!! They were very pleasant and professional in every way. They payed attention to every detail. At the end of the evening they had any extra food all boxed up for us and did a final walk thru, letting me know what food was left over and what was in each box. It was nice to know that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend this service.

I would like to express how truly grateful I am to have had Nakita at my party Saturday. We had 130 adults and 60 kids for our annual luau, pig roast. Nakita was punctual, got right to work helping set up, attentive to guests, offering help everywhere! She definitely knows how to work hard. We the hosts, as well as the guests loved her...so much so, we already hired her for next year!

I offer three levels of service, drop off, full service, and private chef.
Drop Off Service:
All entrees and sides can be ordered in half or full pans, all include disposable utensils for serving. When I arrive at your event I will set up your order at your convenience, wire racks and sternos can be provided for an additional cost.

Full Service:
Full service includes everything as drop off service with a few additional perks. When you book me for full service I arrive in full chef attire, I set up and will break down the entire food display. I will assist you with a menu theme, and offer you the suggestions that will help your event run seamlessly. Full service includes buffet style service, and family dinner style service. For plated service, please book me under Private Chef. I offer waitstaff options for Full Service, as well as Private Chef Service.
Private Chef Service:
As your private chef we will create a menu that you absolutely love. All menus will be at least four courses, and will include a dessert. Depending on the size of your occasion, waitstaff may be strongly suggested. I will arrive with all ingredients and tools to make your occasion a memorable success. Book me for your next Brunch, I'll supply all necessary materials to make an awesome omelet, and waffle stations. I offer a hourly rate with no ingredients included for simple and small menus.
