Andrew and Donny were amazing! Highly recommended for any bar mitzvah party, especially where it isn't feasible to have a larger band. These two men played and emceed and entertained as well as your average group of four or more musicians.

This is the second year that’s we have invited Andrew and Rachel to lead the music sessions at our school’s annual World Experience Day. They are extremely talented and knowledgeable and have a great ability to interact positively with students of all ages! Last year they shared Native American music and this year we experienced the music of Cuba and Jamaica. We have hired them to help our school travel to Poland next year. We can’t wait!!

I loved their performance at our 2018 Globally Strong Culture Fair and so did our students!

Andrew was a total blessing to my husband and I. Our other pianist backed out very soon before the wedding and he gave us a fair price to fill in. He played with a violinist, Erin Hefta (who is also fantastic), and did a wonderful job. We had very specific song choices and wanted them played in certain ways; he picked them up easily and effortlessly. Not only that, but anytime I needed to speak to him, I would just message him on GigSalad and get a message back within a few hours. I would recommend Andrew to anyone! Thank you, Andrew!

I was looking for light, spring-time background music for an event at the retirement home I work at, and Heartwinds seemed to fit the bill. They are very easy to work with, flexible and professional. With a variety of music genres they are able to perform, their multi-talented members seem like they can take on most anything you would want them to do! I was so pleased with the quality of music, coming just from the duo that came to perform. We had a lot of great feedback from our residents and guests. Highly recommend!

Band maintained communication with us the entire time.. Had timely replies to questions. Arrived on time for our wedding and even played a song they had not learned or rehearsed for the wedding and only after reviewing it 5 times online and played it excellently. Guests were very impressed with the band and the music they played. They made our wedding even more enjoyable than we had anticipated it to be.

*If I would have know now what I knew then I would have really taken more advantage of Andrew's (Heart Wind's) talent. We hired him to mix in with some other artists in an event we put together at a college setting and planned on Rod playing a couple of his flutes as well as giving some history behind his art, etc. and during the early stage of mingling (before the event) Rod saw a piano and asked if he could play it while the audience came in; so come to find out he can basically play anything with "piano-keys" or that you blow into so next time we may do our show with less artists but centered around Andrew simply because he can play so many instruments and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Laid back, relaxed, calm and cool (and fantastic mingling with other artists and guests).

I only booked a duo. Heart winds has much more to offer than I explored. The gentlemen gave a quality performance. As the bride, I was pleased with the ambiance they helped to create.
