Tchin brings the stories alive with his gift of magic and performs the seldom seen or heard courting flute.

TCHIN (pronounced 'chin) is an internationally known, multi-award winning artist and performer. As performer and educator, Tchin inspires creativity and positive growth through enlightenment, motivation and leadership. Tchin is an accomplished author, flutemaker, educator, lecturer, folklorist, musician, entertainer, and clothes maker.
Tchin was born in Norfolk, Virginia and lived in rural Virginia and Rhode Island where he received his early schooling. He attended the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico and graduated from Rhode Island School of Design. He lives with his wife under the glorious New Jersey skies and looks forwards to many visits from his four daughters and eight grandchildren.
