Expect an engaging, uplifting and fun atmosphere with my performances. I bring a genuine feel to how I interact with the crowd, and the music. Expect people to sing along to your favourite songs...whether it's from the 60s, all the way to 2023- I offer a wide range of genres and styles of music to fit any crowd and any setting. Expect to smile, laugh, and feel comfortable as a guest. I can take requests, and even improvise a song on the spot, feeding off of the audience and the event. It's a good time, laid back and memorable.

Vanessa has been performing across stages for nearly a decade. Vanessa has been a solo performer, as well as a vocalist in several bands including the lead singer in Jazz quartet "The Swoon Quartet," duo "Lo Ruby," indie rock band "Easy Ruckus," and been a vocalist on several other recording artist's published albums. Vanessa is a singer songwriter, and has released five singles digitally across all platforms in the last three years. Vanessa is on her way to releasing her debut EP "Working Hours" by the end of 2023/early 2024. Vanessa's versatile range in both vocals and songwriting styles, has allowed her to sing in many corners of North America, and appease all different kinds of people's taste.

I am a one woman show. It is a simple pop up set up, meaning I am mobile to fit in almost any space and location (which is great!) It also means if you require a bigger sound set up, we'd need to discuss renting gear.
