New Creations Brass Band

Our guests loved the surprise of the band coming to lead us to our after party! They were easy to coordinate with leading up to the event and showed up right on time and ready to go. We appreciated their flexibility and communication plus the great music!

New Creations was a great band for our New Orleans bachelor party. They we're on time and kept the party going. The whole thing was a surprise to the bachelor.

New Creations Brass Band played an amazing set on our front porch for my wife’s 40th birthday party. From the get, they were responsive, timely, and talented. The entire neighborhood turned out to hear them play because their sound was so harmonious. Their music made everyone so happy!

We cannot be more ecstatic about having New Orleans Avengers as part of our New Orleans wedding. A second line band is absolutely quintessential New Orleans!!!! This group was so fun and super talented; we and our guests loved singing along to the tunes and dancing all around!

Kyle and the band are tremendous not only because they perform so perfectly, but because of their capacity to deal with the craziness of a wedding during a pandemic (even in normal times, I'm sure this is crazy). Kyle was generously flexible in adapting to the changing plans of new dates and different expectations with a downsized guest list.

This was by far my favorite part of our wedding - and Kyle made it so that it was one thing I didn't have to stress about when we had to make all the adjustments during these times. THANK YOU!!!!

I hired New Orleans Avengers as Second Line band for my daughter's wedding February 29, 2020. It was the best decision ever!!! I knew from the reviews that they were going to be awesome and their sound, great! When I was in NOLA, they were everywhere. Kyle, who was our contact, was a gentleman, easy to work with, very helpful, took care of all the permits and worked with my daughter to plan the route. The guests were surprised and SO into it! Suffice it to say, it was The most fun; I cannot believe anyone would not choose to do this. The word that was used to describe it over and over by the guests was "Epic!" Even the numbers of people lining the streets were smiling, taking pictures, saluting the bride and groom and cheering us on. If you want to add a special, unforgettable touch to your festivity or celebration, do it by inviting the New Orleans Avengers to participate in your event. You will NOT be sorry!!!!! Kyle is a wonderful coordinator, he was awesome in helping me plan this great event for my family. He provided us ultimate customer service. We had a family reunion parade performance that had great music and was very professional in all aspects from time to appearance to performance... I would recommend them to any one who needed a band in the New Orleans area.. thank you again.. awesome band!!!

The whole band was amazing! They were on time and played great music. They communicated well and offered to stay a bit after the allotted time to finish our parade.

We ended our New Orleans wedding reception with a second-line through the French Quarter. It was exactly how we wanted the evening to end, and we & our guests will remember the evening for the rest of our lives. New Creations helped make it so - they were fantastic and kept the party going throughout the whole parade. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a second-line parade brass band.

New Creations Brass Band was fabulous!! I got married at Rosy's Jazz Hall and they came in and started the second line throughout the venue and then we went outside and second lined to Grits bar. They were perfect and kept us dancing the entire time. Book them now if you want a great second line!

NCBB was an amazing edition to our wedding. They performed for a total of 1.5 hours for us. They did the pre-ceremony music (for while guest were taking their seats), ceremony music (saxophone down the aisle), second line music, and cocktail music. They were incredible and brought their amazing energy.

The new creations brass band was the perfect band for our event, my wife and I just had our 10 year anniversary in New Orleans and we could not have asked for more. Professional, uniform, and incredible musicians! They went out of their way to make sure our event Went absolutely smooth.

New Creations Brass Band put the exclamation mark on my Mardi Gras theme corporate holiday party! They were so good that I was asked to give someone their information so that they could book them for another event in North Carolina. I can't say enough, they are authentic and entertaining. All 400 people just loved them!

New Creations Brass Band provided the music for our Second Line Parade for a recent celebration event in New Orleans. They provided a great experience for our group and are an extremely talented group of musicians. Fabulous music and very well played! They were easy to work with on the details, arrived well ahead of time, were very friendly, and again, provided a memorable Second Line experience. Very highly recommended!!

New creations was incredibly talented and so much fun. We organized a parade for my friend's bachelor party. Around 100 people marched along with us and let loose to their music. They crushed it. Everyone involved couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. They were loud and filled the streets with music. Kyle was very professional and easy to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions and had great communication prior to the event.

These guys were great. Highly recommend them for any event. We hired them for a parade for my buddy's bachelor party and it was an awesome time - truly a bucket list experience.

What a wonderful band and group of individuals. The heavens opened up and it poured on our Secondline and New Creations played through it, stopping in a covered space to let everyone dance in the rain!

They made it a time we will always remember!

It has to be said first that there was confusion with security at the superdome directing musicians to correct venues, but the musicians were extremely late, which delayed the festivities. However, when they did start it was a superb performance, and everyone really enjoyed themselves. They were very talented and very professional. I would hire them again.

I booked New Creations Brass Band for a parade during Jazz Fest 2017. A couple of buddies and I went down to NOLA for a friend's bachelor party and we thought it would make his day by throwing him a surprise parade. One last hurrah of the single life! We had all the permits but NOPD never showed up!! After a few stressful minutes, NCBB helped us work out a new plan and off we went. They looked great in their uniforms (as requested), and were very professional and very talented! We had a bunch of strangers join the parade, and they managed the crowd very well by starting chants like "We like to paaaarrrrrttttaaaaayyyyy". They even managed to work in a cover of Tequilla which we requested for Cinco de Mayo! If I had to do it again I'd go with NCBB every time! Thanks for the memories!!!

When my father, an accomplished Dixieland Jazz musician (trumpet), passed away, we hired the New Creations Brass Band (NCBB) to honor him in style by taking his ashes to the Mississippi. Being from out of state, we knew planning a second line jazz funeral was risky. So many things could have gone wrong. But the NCBB were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, respectful, handsome, and most of all, excellent musicians. As we walked up Toulouse street from Louis Armstrong Park, hordes of people came out from restaurants, hotels, & shops, to hear the joyful noise coming out of these guys. People were smiling ear to ear and followed along. They really brought such joy to what could've been a sad affair. If you're looking for a memorable way to honor the passing of a loved one, first, I offer you my heartfelt condolences. When you're ready, as I was, to find a way to turn your broken heart into some kind of art, I couldn't recommend better musical spirits than the NCBB.

NCCB did a great job communicating before the event, showed up on time, played well, and were nice guys. All the things you're looking for.

When John Legend agrees to visit your building for an event on ending mass incarceration... who you gonna call to celebrate life, and Second Line him back out to the bus? New Creations Brass Band, of course. Having had the pleasure of knowing their energy from all the amazing gigs on Frenchmen and in the Quarter, I called who I can trust. They waited... and waited, in the lobby. I know it was killing them, to leave it a surprise for all the attendees upstairs at Voice of the Experienced. But so worth it!! I was standing right next to John Legend when he realized: a bona fide New Orleans brass band was downstairs and blasting through the walls- he reflexively shifted gears, back into a musician, smoothly put on his shades and adjusted his collar. Everyone, including the cameraman, tried squeezing in the elevator with us... and down we went. Sliding up to the band, to his brothers in music, John was back home in his element! Dancing in the lobby, young and old, until finally someone hit the door. The fellas led us all out, dancing through the parking lot, while so many others were stunned wondering why John Legend was here off St. Bernard?! Finally, he was quick to grab his OWN selfies with New Creations, and onto the bus. I love these guys, and was incredibly happy to extend a nice paid gig their way! They showed up on time and not only impressed my group, but they impressed everyone on Bourbon street. I really couldn't be more thrilled with their talent and professionalism.
