We hired Rob to DJ our daughter's lawn wedding reception, and we're so happy that he happened to be available on short notice. Rob showed up early (a major plus), set up quickly and had the music ready by the time the guests returned from the beach ceremony. He was so personable, and guests felt comfortable making requests or simply chatting with him. He's obviously a professional and instinctively knew when to transition the flow of music (from experience, not every DJ can be so intuitive).
