New England based hooper Nikki Hunt has been hooping for 14 years. As co-founder of The Nikki Hunt Band she has performed over 1400 shows since 2009, opening for acts such as Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and American Idol winner Kris Allen.
Nikki's mesmerizing hoop performances have traveled as far as NYC to Cirque du Soleil's opening of "Ama Luna" where she performed with the Lucent Dossier Experience. Nikki also represents (East Coast) the California based Gogo Hoop Dance Stars.
Nikki's latest hoop endeavor is performing alongside Mike Girard's Big Swinging Thing, all over New England.

Nikki's mesmerizing hoop performances have traveled as far as NYC to Cirque du Soleil's opening of "Ama Luna" where she performed with the Lucent Dossier Experience. Nikki also represents the California based Gogo Hoop Dance Stars, performing in Cape Cod, MA for the past six years. Events in New Hampsire include Ice Castles, The Buzz Ball in Concord and Brad Delp Foundation fundraiser at the Tupelo Music Hall.
Nikki also performs at various events such as fashion shows, art walks, variety shows, weddings, corporate events, nightclubs, burlesque clubs, kids events (ex. Kidabaloo), and events with Circus Maine.
In addition to her performing Nikki has been teaching hoop dance for the past six years, offering group and private classes.
With a background in theater and dance, Nikki takes pleasure in her costuming and make-up skills to suit any themed event.
