I am a yoga teacher, aqua fit teacher, barre teacher, pilates teacher and fitness enthusiast. I have traveled and taught yoga/ fitness for over 15 years across the country. I specialize in corporate yoga and team building, kids yoga, yoga retreats and more. I am a specialist in meditation, yoga nidra and breathe work. Nikki is THE BEST yoga teacher for my needs! She is inspirational and encouraging, pushes me when I need it, and tells me when I need to slow down and breathe. She is the most experienced and talented teacher I have ever experienced personally. When I met her it was like all my favorite yoga stars from my favorite workout dvds rolled into one and come to life. Nikki is beautiful inside and out and really CARES about her students and teaching the foundational skills needed for proper yoga poses and yet she cares about the well being of others and it isn't just about the poses. I can't say enough great things about Nikki. You would be in good hands to hire her for any of your events. Her personality is the greatest also. She is a star in my book!
