I am the speaker that pokes the audience and say - hey! this is how you did things because you were on an autopilot more and let's see how the distractions and stress mislead you from seeing the results you want.
I use exercises, and longer exercise with the BEyond Model I designed that teaches leaders how to reflect - we use the word reflect but the research shows that most leaders who use reflection are more depressed and less aware. My model helps solve this problem/
I share how my relocation experience taught me to overcome my obstacles and especially the BEing force that was in my way of success and how I learned to work with it and pay attention to it rather than ignoring it.
I share clients stories that teach the audience how you can engage the being energy to avoid resistance from peers and your team and I use check in points to see where are with yourself in the process and what are your learnings so far.
1. Where are your hidden focuses right now and why it is important for you to know them?
2. Why engaging the Being energy (your emotions and thoughts) with your doing energy is important in creating a momentum or can get in your way from inspiring and influencing others.
3. What can you DO when you know to pay attention to your being energy.
4. The illusion of awareness - why identify your blindspots is not enough and how can you move back to awareness when you mess up - again....
Recap - thought provoking speaker, who asks questions or suggest a different way to shift from doing leadership and follow others' steps that anyway don't bring the results you want to being the leader you can dare yourself to be the change you care and desire to lead.

Full bio:
I bring over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Development, Relocation and Expatriate Coaching. I worked at the for-profit and the non-profit sectors, inside organizations and as an external consultant, I led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.
My first experience as a leadership coach was when I served in the Israeli Navy. I helped officers learn what does it mean to lead by example and walk their talk. Since then my passion to help leaders walk their talk have never stop and the real lesson of understanding what does it mean started with my personal relocation experience.
Change - My personal relocation experience, reminded me that many times when we step into the path of change, we think we know how the change is going to look like, but in reality even though we try to control every step along the way to shape it as we want, the end result will look differently and this is when we feel stuck.
BEing Different - After the move to the US, I had to get used to the new reality that every time I open my mouth people can hear that I am different. This new reality taught me to see people and life situations from a new perspective and respect the different and different opinions. This is why my passion is to create bridges between people and enCourage you to keep challenging others and never settle on the norm so you can create the change you care about while stepping into BEyond leadership.

I live in Raleigh, NC with my husband, Ofir, and three loud, hungry teens who teach me how to fear no one and be a conscious parent. In the last few years I became obsessed with clean eating and running outdoors which is a meditative outlet for me. Nature helps me disconnect from the screens and take time to connect with my creative self. In 2017 I started "On the Run" videos where I share inspirational shorts and sweaty thoughts after my runs. You can find those videos on my social media feeds @NoaRCoach. When I don’t coach, speak, cook or run you can find me in one of the local coffee shops sipping on a good cup of cappuccino while writing my thoughts.

I will work with you
I prefer to see the audience when I speak so I can engage with them.
My preference is lavalier microphone
I do use slides for the people who need to see while listening and sometimes I will use handouts bus slides will never be the core of my talk, I believe that a good message can be delivered with or without slides.
My work comes from a few main experiences:
My relocation experience influenced my life more than I expected:
1. I had to overcome fear - the challenges of recreating my life in my second language -I hear many times from people: "if you were able to do that in your second language, I can do it with my first". They are inspired.
2. Being different - every-time I open my mouth you can hear my accent - it taught me at late age in my life after being privileged for most of my life what does it mean when people know that you are different and how it impacts you as an individual, where it motivates you and where it triggers insecurities and feeling uncomfortable or work harder to achieve what you want.
3. Leading in a volunteering setting - leading a coaching chapter taught me what does it mean to lead people from passion, which is an important experience that is very different than leading people who are also motivated by keeping their work and money. It allowed me to learn how I influence and inspire people and I do recommend it to others.
