I hate to leave negative reviews, but this website keeps hounding me. And I can’t lie.
I told Mary there would be 100 people to serve. She’s not a fully licensed and insured bartender. Apparently, she does the tricks (which were very good), and someone else is the real bartender.
She didn’t want to do the job at first, then showed up and complained that it was too many people. If that was the case, then tell me 100 is too many and I would have hired her teammate too. How do I know? How do I know that a “flair bartender” isn’t a real bartender and just does tricks?
She was heavy with the pour, so she ran out of alcohol quicker and didn’t have to work with the tricks as long.
I told her at the beginning she can do tricks every other person or every three people. If serving 100 was too much. So I got a Bar back to help her and she still wasn’t happy.
At the end I asked to get a drink and she didn’t even want to open a beer for me. Sorry, but for the money I paid it wasn’t nearly worth the return and you need to consider customer service, being upfront with the client before you show up and complain. If you’re going to charge a premium, then deliver a premium service. This was not it.
Considering the other reviews were very positive, I guess she was just having a bad day. But the tricks were good when she did them.
Very accommodating company. Mary who I was communicating with was a pleasure, answered all my questions. The bartender showed up on time and was very professional. All the guest commented on how attentive and accommodating he was. He was also very helpful. Will book again

We hired Best Bar LLC for our Brooklyn engagement party and they were an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first email to the end of our event. I am truly thankful for all of their help in pulling off such a beautiful milestone in our lives.
When figuring out our menu, I debated for awhile between a full bar and a simpler wine/beer bar and Wendy kindly helped me put together a grocery list for both options -- no questions asked. Also, the staff that arrived to set-up the very sophisticated looking bar were so quick and friendly. (About the bar itself: Trust them! -- It is NOT a dinky collapsing table like a lot of other bartenders offering services on-demand!!)
Our bartender Natalie was punctual, highly professional, and most importantly: so kind & friendly to our guests! She perfectly managed our bar all night like a pro and seamlessly poured and distributed the champagne (for 45 people no doubt), with perfect timing for the toasts. She also seamlessly communicated to the bar breakdown staff that we wished to extend our party by 1 extra hour, which we really appreciated.
If I have another event like this, I would book them again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and hire these professionals for your event to take one thing off your plate. They are phenomenal!

Maryna was in contact by email before the event to confirm the evening, and the specialty cocktails I planned for the event. She arrived 15 minutes early and jumped right in, taking care of all necessary prep before guest arrived. She prepared cocktails as guests arrived and throughout the evening while walking around and making sure everyone was taken care and keeping everything in order. She worked diligently and politely with guests throughout the night - it was nice to have her, and I'd have her again.
