I was very impressed by the services for my holiday party. I rented the vis-a-vis and the passenger carriage for a block party. Everyone absolutely loved the horse drawn carriage rides. The driver was very professional and efficient at making sure everyone was able to enjoy. The team was super punctual and prepared for the event. I had no complaints. Would definitely hire them again and I recommend their service to anyone looking to liven up their event.

Very unprofessional. I hired them for my son’s wedding. Horse was not decorated. Caretaker held the barat saying payment was not made even though all the payments were made. He wouldn’t allow anybody to dance near the carriage. My son ended up getting down the carriage and walked with us. He was hired for 3 hours but stayed only 2 hrs, I had to cancel part of my celebration and photo shoot.

We apologize, no one should feel this way about our services. Your event was enjoyed by all the guests and we got very good feedback from the planner.
We do understand your frustration due to your event being delayed by 1.5hour and all vendors charging extra including us.
I'd like to mention some facts that were listed on our agreement.
We were booked for pre and post wedding carriage.(10am-12pm)
-no horse decor was requested only carriage decorations were requested and provided.
- safety is our top priority, we can't have dancing RIGHT in front of carriage Tires while it's moving
-we were ready to go 9:20am for your start time (10am-12pm)
-at 11 you changed the start time to 11:30 and wanted to add extra hour so we agreed new end time 1pm
- event was delayed again
- event end time 1pm
-Client expected 3 hour window from their delayed start time we can't always accommodate extremely delayed events.
Again you. We apologize you feel this way about our services. We tried to reach out last week but only heard back from your planner. Best wishes. -OCC
