Award-winning Chef Dwight Harvey and Rose Harvey are proud to present their famous smoked brisket, baby back ribs, sausage, pulled pork and smoked chicken. We also have fresh homemade sides including potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw and many more made fresh from scratch. Our family friendly service and convenient location in the Cedars section of Downtown Dallas, are sure to make us a favorite.

For large parties of 15 or more we suggest our Pitmaster Package; this includes your choice of two, three, or four meats with any two sides. We will provide enough food for your guests so that everyone gets a good helping. The package also includes bread and condiments, serving utensils and disposable serving dishes to keep both hot/cold food at the appropriate temperature. Food quantities will be calculated to adequately serve all guests equal portions unless it is requested that the quantities be adjusted.
Or you can make your menu selection a la carte style, by choosing your amount of meats and sides you would like, by the pound. We also have iced tea and lemonade available by the gallon. Don't forget to order some of our delicious in house made desserts of, pound cakes and cookies!
