Overview
I'm an acoustic guitar player, playing all genres, especially from the 90s-2000s, and classic rock. Anything from Fall Out Boy, Train, Matchbox 20, and the Killers, to Guns N Roses, Journey, AC/DC and Whitney Houston.
I can also play pop, hip hop, rock and country from todays radio hits. I have a full setup for sound, microphones and PA - including subwoofers, and lights. I'm perfect for a houseparty, or small get together, and I only need a small space to perform. I'm always learning new songs and can take special requests ahead of time.

Omar can be given very little information in prep for an event and be able to transform the room immediately. Great variety of songs, he is flexible with your needs (IE If you want to take a break from the music etc etc), and reads the crowd well. Super easy to work with and I would book him again and again!

Omar was early, set up with his own sound and lighting so we really didn't have to do much. He had it all. He talked to us about what kind of vibe we were looking for, and then played one heck of setlist! We specifically asked for some "classics" because this party wasn't much of a rager and more of a chill evening. I would 1000% hire him again! He's extremely versatile.

I booked Omar for a private 80th birthday party for my dad, which grouped together a crowd of mixed ages. He had requests from all genres and decades, many He never even heard before. But did his best to play and sing all the requests. And we had a blast with him! Highly recommend and will ask him back again.

What to Expect
You can expect an early setup, low footprint, lighting, and experience. I like to play modern and nostalgic hits. My sound setup can accommodate special announcements, and I can play as loud or quite as needed, both indoors and outdoors. I'l also play music for the audience while I take short breaks to ensure the music never stops!
I'm a solo guitarist act, but my pedalboard features some percussion and bass instrumentation to fill out each song. You'll find this rounds out the performance and sounds much bigger than 'just' a guitar.
About
I've been playing guitar for over 20 years, through several successful bands in the valley. I have recorded several albums and love nothing more than to play music for everyone.
I am very accustom to playing for small and large crowds, small parties or large venues. Currently I am performing as a solo acoustic guitarist playing songs from all genres including modern and classic rock, pop, country, punk, & hip hop.
If you have special requests, I would be happy to work through those ahead of time!
