In addition to my tactical experience, I have the education to match. I possess A B.S. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Education - Education and Human Resource Studies - from Colorado State University. I am also a founding member of the John Maxwell Team and am certified in his training methods. Because of my dual passion for learning and serving, I have found myself in the role of educator, mentor and coach all throughout my career.
