Overview
I can provide a range of birthday party planning services that include games, crafts, photography, balloon twisting, handimals, story time and sing-a-alongs, and everyone's favorite-face painting! The birthday child receives a photo book following the event when a Full Party Package is purchased. Any theme can be accommodated! Personalized birthday banners and hats also available. Other decorating services considered upon request.

I highly recommend Shauna and Once Upon a Party! She arrived at our party location early enough to set up and get the birthday girl's face painted before guests started arriving.
During the party, she was organized and professional, helping wrangle a dozen 3-4 year olds so that they all had time to get their faces painted however they wanted. And her designs were great, too!

Wendy was amazing! She went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained for the whole hour. She was done in 30 min with the face painting so she then started playing games with the kids! They loved it!! She was awesome! Thank you so much!!

About
Once Upon A Party has been bringing the fun to children's events in Indianapolis for the past 4 years! Our goal is to make your event or party fun for everyone, including you! We know how stressful planning and executing these events can be so we do the work for you, and you can enjoy yourself with your guests! Our owner and operator, Shauna Williams, does most events herself as she loves a hands-on approach and LOVES interacting with the children. Shauna holds a degree in Early Childhood education from IU and has been in a teaching or administration role for the past 15+ years. She has enjoyed art her entire life and loves the opportunity to be creative whenever she can.
