My goal is for attendees by the end of the discussion is to run out the room ready to implement the concrete steps they were given on letting go of misplaced guilt and shame, no longer taking responsibility for another person's choices, reclaiming their peace, self-worth, and realizing and embracing their power to bring about the necessary changes in their lives that will improve their outlook on relationships.
