I booked One Shot Brass Band for a second-line following our wedding ceremony. They were easy to communicate with through the whole process and professional. The band showed up on time, dressed in black and whites and delivered a great performance - the guests were super happy, and so were we. Thanks so much for helping make our wedding great!

When the One Shot Brass Band came in to the Balcony Ballroom everyone in attendance was so happy to be entertained by them. They played to our enjoyment. Everyone was so excited. As the mother of the bride, I can say that I made the right choice.
I just had my wedding at the end of October in New Orleans. The band played right after the ceremony concluded and we did a second line. I am from New Orleans so I knew that I definitely wanted our out of town guests to experience a second line at the wedding. They played great and people had a good time! Also their rate to play 30 minutes was great!

I just got back from my honeymoon, but I want to thank these guys for making it out to the wedding. We got married on oct 7 when hurricane Nate threatened to come to New Orleans. The band called me the day before to make sure everything was ready, they showed up even after there was a curfew put for New Orleans. I am very happy with choosing them and will choose them again. One Shot Brass Band was amazing! We had them last week for our wedding, and they were by far the highlight of the event. They were super professional, showed up on time, and handled a slightly chaotic situation with ease. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
One shot was great . I cant wait to have them at my next event this was my first time using gigsalad and one shot. Everything was wonderful with both I have already started recommending both one shot band and gigsalad to others.
We had such a great experience with one shot brass band. They were dressed well, punctual, and professional. It was pouring rain for the beginning of our second line, but that didn't stop anyone from having a blast! Thank you guys so much for such a fun time!!!
We booked One Shot Brass Band this past weekend for a bachelor party parade. They were great to work with leading up to and throughout the parade. The music was great and they brought a ton of energy. We started with just 10 guys from the bachelor party and ended up with about 50 people who were having so much fun enjoying the music walking along with us. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to do this and would book them again if i return for a round two. Thanks again guys!
These guys showed up looking sharp and they sounded fantastic! They got the crowd going and really set the tone for the wedding! All of my guests raved about how amazing they were. We absolutely loved them and they even played a special song in tribute to my late grandfather that brought tears to everyone's eyes. They are super talented and I 150% recommend them. They set our reception off with a bang and the energy stayed with us throughout the night!

One Shot Brass Band lit up our whole block! It was a birthday surprise celebration for the books. These guys know how to get it rolling! I hope to book them again for our wedding second line next year.

One Shot Brass Band was a highlight of our wedding. Pre-event, communication was fast and easy; they arrived on-time and looked wonderful; the music was excellent; and they were so much fun. They played before our ceremony as guests arrived, while the wedding party walked in, after the ceremony, and during the cocktail hour. So many of our guests commented to us about how great they were. We absolutely would book them again or recommend them to anyone.

One Shot Brass Band was founded in the fall of 2012 when a group of college students from New Orleans, La began their undergraduate journeys.
Marching in a collegiate band didn’t leave much time for us to obtain typical employment. This allowed us the opportunity to organize ourselves and use our God given talents as musicians to entertain and keep the New Orleanian Jazz Culture alive while doing so.
