With Onward Step, Matt Bridges brings over 20 years of drumming experience along with a compassionate approach to all participants in his interactive RhythmSessions! Matt has conducted over 300 sessions since 2012 with various groups including teacher trainings, social worker workshops, children's groups, special needs groups and senior care---including memory care and dementia groups. While these sessions always fun and always a workout for the mind and body, special consideration for cognitive and physical function is always (link hidden) provide a variety of drums including djembes, doumbeks, frame drums, and various hand held instruments.
