I offer a unique style of qigong and meditation that will help your attendees relax their bodies, open their hearts, and elevate their spirit.
No experience with qigong or meditation is necessary. This practice can inspire anyone from beginners to experts.
I have been speaking and teaching since 2008 and have a lifetime of experience is meditation, qigong, and martial arts (with a 2nd degree black belt in Aikido). I bring a big heart, grounded presence, and natural eloquence to deliver a deeply inspiring experience.
This service is appropriate for weddings, corporate training events, and private retreats.
