Paella by Los Dos Paelleros

If you hire us to cook paella at your event, we will bring the appropriate number of cookers and pans and will set up in an appropriate place. We will light a wood fire in our cookers and will cook our paellas. We have several cookers, so we can make as many large pan paellas as required to feed the hungry people at your event.

If you would prefer, we can make our paella at our kitchen in Fort Collins and deliver it to you.

Either way, you should expect a delicious and wonderful paella!

Los Dos Paelleros is a catering company that specializes in cooking original and authentic paella from Spain. My daughter and I started our business in 2016 and we provide paella for weddings, rehearsal dinners, private events both large and small. We both have a love for all things Spain, so it was a natural choice. I have been making paella for almost 40 years, having learned from the uncle of my then-girlfriend while I studied and worked in Valencia, Spain.

We cook our paellas over an open fire, using traditional techniques and ingredients. Our Paella Valenciana is the original paella, and we make it in the same way (and using the same ingredients) as the farmworkers have done for centuries!
