Hi there! Felicia here with Paint Time FUN (PTF) from Creative Wisdom Corp. This company has been a family run team in the arts of face painting, temporary tattoos, plus wine & canvas acrylic painting classes since 2013. Then we started hiring out experienced professionals in this entertainment field that could bring in other uniquely fun party entertainment services such as balloon twisting and air brush tattoos in 2021. Just before that in 2019, we started training courses for our Original PTF Artists to bring about independent professional entertainers exclusively under the Paint Time Fun brand. 💕👩‍🎨💕

🔹🔹How We Got Started🔹🔹

We got started with volunteer work on a whim for charity organizations and church functions such as the Winter Lights Festival at Sunset Hill Park in Valparaiso, IN in 2013, the Back to School Fair for RealLife Community Church, & teaching privately funded wine & canvas classes. Guests liked our work and personality so much that we started getting requests for paid annually festival gigs for our face painting services like at The American Legion in Portage, IN every summer since 2014. Then in 2018, we finally started doing hourly paid parties using our face painting services with companies such as White's Children and Family Services & so many more since then. Now we provide quality fun for many festivals and private functions such as birthdays, holidays, block parties, small family parties, & more every week!! We aren’t afraid to travel to you. 💕💪😉💕

🔹🔹Just 4 Steps to Book🔹🔹

Just 4 simple steps to book & finalize party details. We like to make sure we are the ones working hard for your awesome party so you don’t have too!

Step 1: Settling on a Price

*When the price is settled an event coordinator will mark you as hired and ask a couple final questions to get you officially booked (Event Coordinator will ask you the questions above).

Step 2. Send Text Confirmation

*We send you a text confirmation for your party’s most important information (such as date, time, etc) to make sure we have the correct info. You will need to confirm this once through text and once through a phone call.

Step 3: A Phone Call Consultation

*We next do a phone call consultation to answer some questions about party detailed so we can be prepared & you feel secure in your entertainment choice. We will also send you some important emails about our services which we go over briefly during the call as well.

Step 4: Sending Deposit & Signing Permission Forms

*Your final step is to send the required deposit through Zelle, PayPal, or Debit/Credit to hold your party date and make it secured with us. Then you must sign 2 permission slip forms to take and post pictures (or sign a form saying you don’t agree to taking pictures) & paint on minors.

After these simple 4 steps it’s now your painter’s job to get to work on your design requests & theme based on your info given. Your Event Coordinator will also communicate with you before your event to make sure nothing has changed! 👏🥳

🔹🔹Required Items & Knowledge🔹🔹
(Event Coordinator or artist will go over these with you during the required phone call)

*multiple artists may be available if artist needs to get to many people in a short time frame (there is a charge per artist)
*client can provide a line cutter if there are a lot of guests
*location away from the speaker system (if there is music or a DJ)
*artists needs party location & a 5-10ft set up space depending on service
*electrical outlet (regular house plug) for balloons and airbrush tattoos
*balloonist & air brush artist requires a 5-8ft table (or 1 large round table) & 2 chairs (with backs)
*artist knows your design requests at least 1 week before event (also knowledge of designs not allowed)
*client knows whether party locations allows glitter & regular face painting (we can do no glitter and water resistant painting if location does not allow this, & we provide a table & floor covering)
*client knows if there are stairs or an elevator to artist’s set up location (or if there are none)
*client has knowledge if location has a bathroom or sink access
*be aware if any guests have serious skin allergies and let your artist know or let you guests know there will be a face painter
*make sure guests are ok with having pictures being taken & posted online (artist may have a sign up saying we do take and post pictures, & will ask for permission from each guest as well)
*if picture taking is not ok let your Event Coordinator/artist know
*sign permission forms for painting on minors & take pictures (or not taking pictures)
*pay non-refundable deposit to hold party date
