Par Excel Events, LLC (ParEE) is a very detailed and organized event planning company. So, all of our clients can expect to experience peace of mind during the planning process. Our clients receive a month-to-month timeline that takes them from the beginning of the planning process, down the aisle, all the way to the end (toast at the reception or beyond per request of bride and groom) in an organized fashion. We communicate by phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face meetings. Our clients are never alone. We are by your side every step of the way.

Once hired, ParEE will make venue and vendor referrals based on our preferred vendors list and our clients' need for service. We will accompany clients to vendor meetings to ensure that they are getting the best value for their money.

We help clients stay on track with their budget by suggesting products and services that fit their predetermined amount. We help with color choices, reception seating cards and guest card set-ups. We help select the proper flowers for the wedding party, the venue and the reception site based on the season of the wedding date or ideas on the use of alternate decorations. Advise clients on attire: bridal dress shops, bridesmaids dress styles, jewelry, shoes, tuxedos, proper etiquette, timelines of engagement party, bachlorette and bachelor parties, save-the-date cards and proper verbage, how to order invitations and the proper way to word, address, and stuff the envelops, transportation, meal choices, hotel rooms for wedding party and guests, travel arrangements for honeymoon, collaborate with Officiant, conduct wedding party rehearsal, and be a resource for information on other wedding needs and/or wants.

We arrive early on the day of the wedding or event to ensure that the wedding party is present and following the timeline making sure that they have everything that they need. We pin all flowers. Based on the service you choose, we contact all vendors and follow-up with them to ensure that our clients will get the service they paid for. On the day of the event, we set-up delivery times and meet them to inspect the products to verify that everything is correct and that set-ups are satisfactory. We are the go-to people for the day for anything concerning our clients' wedding - we take care of everything.

Hello, my name is Brenda Duhart, and I am the owner of Par Excel Events, LLC (ParEE). 'Par Excel' means, 'superior service.' We are a wedding and event planning, floral and decorating company. Creating floral designs is one of my passions and also one of my gifts. ParEE was born out of that passion, and we are in the business of making our clients' vision truly a dream come true! I am a certified wedding and event planner with more than 20 years of experience in planning, decorating and designing real and silk wedding bouquets, flowers and floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception sites.
