Jenny and Brett are AMAZING dancers. Have you ever seen furious Argentine Tango improvised to Van Halen? Yes, they are amazing, creative natural talents, and if you decide to learn from them, then you are in for a treat! So far, I had several dance teachers, of different levels. Jenny and Brett stand out among them: they teach you how to LEAD. This is what no teacher I have met has done before! I have taken dance classes from them, and private lessons as well. Their teaching style is unique, incredibly effective and genuinely friendly. The very first class I had I could not believe how much I learned! So far I have been learning from them for one year, and dancers generally think I have 4-5 years of Tango experience.In addition, it is a treat to watch them dance. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!!

Brett and Jenn know how to break it down. They make Tango (a dance that takes years to learn proficiently) easily digestible. Not only do they have a teaching style that makes the dance moves and techniques easy to learn, but they also make the whole class fun! Their lighthearted humor and wit make their classes feel like they only take 7 minutes!

We hired Brett and Jenny for my dad's 80th birthday celebration and I would HIGHLY recommend them!! They were not only amazing but they also were very personable and engaging with our guests providing one-on-one instruction. As an Argentinean family were absolutely delighted with their level of skill and professionalism. They made the event that much more special.

Having worked closely with Brett and Jen of Southern California Tango Argentino for several years, I can assure you that they are very good tango instructors and genuinely good people. They are especially talented with teaching beginners. Where many tango instructors are of the belief that the only proper way to teach the dance is to limit beginning dancers to only the most basic moves for the first several months (or longer!), Brett and Jen will provide you with a firm foundation as well as repertoire of exciting moves to wow your friends and keep you and your partner having fun. They are friendly and engaging teachers, and are well suited to teaching large groups as well as private lessons. Brett and Jen were my first tango instructors when I began dancing. They ignited a deep love for Argentine Tango in me, and many of my friends who also took their classes- we're also still very much in love with the dance. Brett and Jen are also very talented performers!

What to Expect
Performances - Parties, Weddings, Corporate, Theatrical and Stage Events
Paradise can perform any number of pieces in various styles of tango and even music of your choice in Authentic Improvisational Argentine Tango Style. You can watch as Brett and Jenny, and/or other company members, feel the music and create a one of a kind performance at your event. Since Authentic Argentine Tango is not choreographed this type of performance lets the audience see tango as it was originally danced in Buenos Aires: created in the moment and full of real emotion and passion.
Paradise also offers Theatrical and Stage Performance Packages which include full costumes, hair make-up as well as dress and tech rehearsal times. For these performances the dance is choreographed to the music to tell a story or show certain emotions in larger than life dance moves including lifts, flips drops and dips. Paradise has a suite of professional costumes to choose from to match the theme and color scheme of your event.
Paradise also offers a full length (1 hour) Theatrical Tango Show called "Tango Noir" with 10 performers. Contact Brett and Jenny for more information and staging requirements.

Paradise Tango has been influenced mainly by their instructors and theatrical Tango shows/musicals such as Forever Tango. Brett and Jenny have studied with world famous instructors including: Sandor and Parissa, Cristian Cisneros & Virginia Porrino, Edmundo & Elizabeth Thomas, Guillermina Quiroga and Eduardo Saucedo & Mariso Quiroga.
