Paris Ray is a 22 year old indie singer/songwriter, recording artist, accomplished actress and voice over artist from Long Island, NY. She was most recently seen at The Space in Westbury, opening for David Crosby. She has also opened for Jon Herington of Steely Dan, and Katrina Leskanich of Katrina and The Waves.
In addition to opening for these renowned artists, she's also making a name for herself. She's headlined at venues all the way from the East End of Long Island to Manhattan, including The Bitter End, Parkside Lounge, The Gig Shack, Stephen Talkhouse, The Gold Coast Arts Center, and Amityville Music Hall. She scored a weekly gig at the National Underground in Manhattan, owned by Gavin Degraw, when she was just 17.
Paris Ray has performed on FOX 5's New York's Star of the Day, is a two time top ten finalist for CBS' Grammy Gig of a Lifetime, a top 5 finalist for Best Female Musician in Dan's Hampton's Paper, and the 2017 winner of the Gold Coast Art Center's Your Big Break competition.
She's performed at the Montauk Music Festival three years in a row, and left her mark on the Nashville scene performing at famous open mics like The Bluebird Cafe, Cafe Coco and Bourborn Street Blues and Boogie Bar. She has sung God Bless America and the National Anthem at numerous Mets games at CitiField.
To date Paris Ray has released 2 EPs, both available on iTunes, Spotify, and Pandora. Since graduating SUNY Purchase College for Studio Composition, she continues to write and perform all over Long Island, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
I can bring all of my own equipment, typically just my mic, speaker and mixing board. For larger venues I can bring my PA system. All I need is a power source, very low key, no hassle on your end! :)
