I’m an event planner in Palm City, Fl. I hired this company to do a Mickey Mouse visit and a face painter. Everything was more than perfect!!! Prices were fair, communication was prompt, the entertainment was exactly what we were looking for! Mickey’s costume was perfect!!! Mickey interacted with all the kids and cheered on the little ones as we played yard games!!! The face painter was kind and generous. She took the time to make each little one feel and look special!! the worst experience I've ever had !! ,,, they managed to ruin my daughter's birthday! ,,, I talked to them 1 week before to get someone dressed as minnie mouse, they said that everything will be fine will come a professional dressed in minnie and make-up that will play with the children will bring balloons will paint the faces of children etc etc! ... but in the end I found myself a girl with red pants black T-shirt and 3 lines painted on the mouth like a mustache! shit did not play with the kids did not do anything did not have music or balloons or toys, she sat and looked at the children! ", 20 minutes later I told her to give me the money back and leave because she was not doing anything at all of what he had promised and for what I had paid as much as $ 80,but she said he was going to get another costume and that he was coming back !, but never came back !, ran away with the money and no longer answered on the phone! ,,, dont! use of these people of this agency they are shit they are scammers!

Albert contacted us on Feb. 17th (3 days before his party). We provided him with our $150 and $80 Packages (both described on our website with what is included at www.characterpartyentertainment.com). We explained we only had Mickey with a human face shows & with makeup we can draw a mouse face on the person. To which he replied, "I need a person disguised as minnie or mickey mouse for 1 hour at lantana rd lake worth how much does it cost me?" We also provided a picture of the costume, to which he replied, "Ok, can they also paint the face." We replied, "Yes the character will have whiskers and a nose like a mouse drawn with makeup." He selected the $80 option to which we created a contract for his approval. We wrote: "This is what you will get for $80. This is not including a travel fee nor the new character fee to create the Minnie Mouse costume. If you want the Mickey Mouse, we already have Mickey created: Meet & Greet; Q&A; Storytime (x2); Photo Opportunities; Happy Birthday/Cake Cutting." He confirmed the contract by writing, "ok" and we thanked him for the confirmation & were set to arrive Wed. Feb. 20th. Our performer did the party & explained that the little girl was terrified & our performer tried to make herself less scary. Albert then turned her away after 45 minutes (when she called us) & required her to come back with balloons. The performer said yes to be able to leave as she was very uncomfortable. We then wrote "Unfortunately my performer will not be returning. She arrived on time in the costume that was agreed upon online. The contract also shows what we were going to be doing & what we would be bringing. Im sorry your daughter did not receive our character well but she did try her best. She altered the costume & herself to try and help the situation. The balloons & masks must have been offered by another company you contacted. Thank you for the opportunity." To which we received an angry response from Albert. I wish I could provide screenshots.

We were so pleased with Party Entertainment at our daughter's Princess birthday party! We had Cinderella surprise our daughter and she was beyond amazing! All of our guests were blown away by Cinderella! Very professional, stayed in character the entire time, and so sweet with all of the kids! They are affordable, worth every penny, organized, and so patient! Non-stop action, I was able to sit back and watch the magic happen!!!! Thanks for the best party ever. we wanted to make a very special party for our just turned 4-year-old twin girls, so we booked 4 characters; elsa, rapunzel, spiderman and jake (from the neverland pirates). all four were phenomenal and really did their respective parts with vim and vigor. elsa was tall and beautiful and she sung "let it go" (of course) slightly off pitch which actually added to her appeal! all the girls gravitated to her since she seemed "so real" (as elsa). rapunzel and jake really interacted with the kids (about 12, boys and girls) giving each of them equal attention (not just the 2 birthday girls), playing games, interacting, telling stories, etc. and spiderman was perfect in build and character for his part, even some of the adult woman seemed to swoon over him!
all in all, a GREAT TIME was had by all, adults and children (of course, the children are the main thing), and these 4 characters worked so well together as a combo unit (i.e., they all didn't separate and "do their own thing"), that made the kids really get into all the action and truly made for an unforgettable party! kudos to all four!

We had our children's birthday parties back to back on the same day with Party Entertainment. The first was a Doc McStuffins party, and the party was complete with the fun games, songs, and activities that "Doc" ran for us! High energy, sweet with the little ones and very attentive to our birthday girl. The second party was a Royal Tea Party with the Royal Court attending, Sister Princess's, Camelion & Prince, and Mermaid all in attendance made a fun party with games, art projects, live singing and red carpet photo shoot. These were 2 parties my girls and all our guests are sure not to forget!
Party entertainment did a great job! They were extremely organized and spiderman was a hit!
Jake & Madison along with their friends had a blast. You girls did a wonderful job, defintaly will recommend you & use you again. Thank you for making their day.
My daughter just has her 4th birthday party on Saturday 6/28 and we had the blue sister princesses. Firdt they were a few minutes esrly ehich was nice. Then, from the moment they stepped onto the driveway they were in character and really interacted with all the kids. They sang and danced and made the party full of life and fun for all this children. Not to mention made my daughter feel special! I would definitely recommend! Very professional and priced good too!
We had a sweet meet visit from the Chameleon Princess and Ryder for my daughter's Tangled themed 4th bday party today and it was great! The princess was beautiful and so sweet with all of the kids and Ryder was great at engaging with the kids and keeping the energy levels up. The highlight for my daughter was when, after getting her picture taken with the special guests and getting their autographs, the princess asked my daughter for hers. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's party so special.
We had the Frozen Princess come to our 4 year olds birthday party for a quick meet and greet. It was perfect. She came in, the girls were all so enthralled, she sang a Let it Go (beautiful voice), took pictures, sang happy birthday, spent a little time with the girls and left. It was exactly what we wanted. All my four year old daughter wanted for her birthday this year was Elsa with "the long braid when she turns beautiful." This was exactly who came to visit her. They kept the kids entertained with games, stories, and songs. They went out of their way to make my daughter and her friends feel special. I highly recommend this company!

I have had the chance to interact with 4 of this company's amazing characters! They are amazing with kids. The princess characters are beautiful and never disappoint! Party Entertainment is a local Florida business that provides entertainment at children's birthday parties and events. We travel anywhere from Jupiter to Key Biscayne and anywhere in between.
Owned by a hard-working husband (electrician) and wife (educator) team, we pride ourselves in our custom costuming and intricate details. These are Not Party City costumes like many of our competition has NOR are they purchased from Etsy or other selling sites. These are hand-crafted by a personal seamstress. The more intricate the costume and character, the higher the price.
You-- or your children--will not be disappointed in how hard our characters work to make your child's dream come true.
We offer character packages, themes, add ons, and more. We also make a lot of appearances at stores, museums, fairs, greenmarkets, schools, parades, learning centers, hospitals, and other family friendly events and places. Our events are a great opportunity for you and your children to come meet and greet our characters, take pictures with them, and make sure we are the correct selection for you and your family.
We will travel anywhere to your party. Travel fees are applied in addition to the party package fee for every package.
If you feel our performers made your child’s dream come true, please tip our performers. The tip is not included in our package pricing and our performers appreciate your gratuity.
Estimate of Travel Fees can be given upon receiving an email from you.

Our Policies:
**When arriving at your event location, our parties need a spacious place to perform games and activities as well as an outlet for music to play for backup. Set up and clean up is always included in our parties as well.**
Travel: Because our entertainers, characters, and professionals travel all over the state of Florida to make children's dreams a reality, there is an additional travel fee depending on where the location the party or event is taking place. Travel fees range in price from $10-$80. This fee is given directly to our performers.
Parking Fees: Client is responsible for any parking fees for the performers (if applicable).
Reservations: Reserving a party is on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to book your party in advance to confirm your party or event date and time.
Deposit: There is no initial deposit when booking a party with Party Entertainment. However, there is a confirmation process with our contracts. The entirety of the party fee is due the day of your party in cash.
Gratuity: Not included, but is greatly appreciated.
Payment: The date of the party or event, the total amount of the party is due. Our entertainers, characters, or professionals will show you a copy of the contract with the total of your party and description of what was agreed on prior to the event. This will need to be signed by you for our records. Our entertainers, characters, and professionals do not carry change so please keep this in mind when preparing to pay the date of your party.
