We handle any event including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, graduations, house parties, special events... We serve the Northern VA/DC/MD area.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, the second server that was supposed to be at your event notified me the other day that she had a family emergency and wasn't able to attend at the last minute. Unfortunately, I was not able to find someone last minute to cover her shift. I understand how frustrating this was for you. However, this was out of my control and not something that happens often as you can see from my previous over 70 reviews that are all five star.
Tiffany was such a big help to me. I had about 30 people for a BBQ to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming vow renewal. These were people from overseas and having Tiffany there to help me made sure I was able to enjoy my own party. She made sure everyone had drinks, kept the food stocked and helped clean up after. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the help that I received from Party Helper this weekend. Anne, the party helper for our annual New Year's Day waffle brunch, arrived early and immediately set about learning what our plan was and helping with final preparations. During the brunch she kept hot waffles, quiche, and coffee coming, used plates and cups picked up, and much more. She made it possible for us to relax and just enjoy the morning with our friends and family.
We needed a helper during our large holiday helper, and Angelica was excellent. Very pleasant, thoughtful and willing to stay a little longer than expected to help with cleaning. Just a little more specificity from Party Helpers about the closing process would have been useful to avoid any misunderstandings. All in all I recommend Party Helpers and will come back again.

We are so glad that we used party helpers for our event. It was the first party where we used them and we were able to actually enjoy our party. They served as bartender and put out food. The place was so clean afterwards that you wouldn’t even have known we had a party. We will be using them again!
Kisha was a tremendous help! She showed up promptly at 2 and got to work immediately. She worked hard to get the food setup, cleaned dishes, took out trash and collected plates. She even put the leftovers in containers and helped clean up outside. She was also very polite and friendly. Kisha made it very easy for us to just sit back and enjoy the party. We will definitely request her again.
Tiffany did an excellent job in helping with our event. We were having a dinner with immediate family to celebrate our wedding, and Tiffany set the table for the dinner, set up the cocktail hour, and picked up and served the food and drinks for dinner. One particularly tricky part of our dinner was that, despite it being a small group (11 people total), there were many different dietary restrictions (and difficult directions for all those different restrictions!), but Tiffany got everything exactly right and did a fantastic job making sure it all went smoothly. She was also incredibly quick to respond over email and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Tiffany and Party Helpers for any event!

What a great party, partly due to support from this company. Danielle was on time in dicey weather and we had intro around the kitchen and dining space for food and serving schedule. I've used Party Helpers twice now and was really impressed with the their service both times. Both times I've hired someone to help bartend/waitstaff. One event was for a large party at a rented venue and most recently I hired someone to help at a party at our house. For the latter, I decided to hire someone last minute and they were very responsive! It wouldn't have dawned on me before to hire someone to help out for a gathering of our friends at our house but it was the best decision I ever made. Having someone there to help serve drinks, cleanup, and help serve allowed me to focus more attention on talking to my guests.
The bartenders/servers sent at both events were really professional, very friendly, and incredibly helpful. The rates are extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend Party Helpers for occasions big and small.
I've used Gig Salad several times and am never disappointed by their profressional servers. They are always helpful.

I hired Tiffany, the owner of Party Helpers for my mom's 70th birthday party and I was very impressed with her and her staff. She was professional, on time and friendly. Areesha arrived on time and was so wonderful. It was my first time hiring someone to help me throw a party, and I didn't really know what to ask her to do. I just wanted to be able to spend time with my guests instead of running around changing trash bags, filing up the cooler with beverages, and dealing with other similar glitches like I usually do. Areesha did those tasks and much more, watching out for me doing things and taking over with a friendly "I can do that!" She even became a greeter to our guests, ushering them outside and helping them find our hidden trash can. She quickly figured out our kitchen and setup and needed almost no input from me after our first 5-10 minutes together. It's like she was thinking ahead for what I would need and meeting my needs before I even realized them myself. Our parties usually last way into the night so I only hired Areesha for the first three hours when dinner is served, but we sang her praises during final cleanup too since it took us much less time and she'd already done so much of the cleanup in advance. She was so lovely to have, I hope she's available for all our parties in the future. Thank you again!

I have never contracted services to assist me hosting my annual Christmas Party. This year I hired a bartender and wait staff from Party Helpers. Tiffany and Nea were excellent. They did exactly what I was hoping for, allowing me to spend more time with my guests while they took care of the bartending and serving activities. Even my commented on how helpful they were. I would recommend their services to anyone hosting a home party event.
Party Helpers helped to make our holiday open house a big success! Over the time period of the open house, we had over 90 people. Party helpers were busy from start to finish. They kept the food on the buffet table replenished and cleaned up, kept a steady stream of hot hors d-oeuvres coming, and cleaned up and washed dishes near the end. We just hired Party Helpers to do the setup, bartending, serving (food provided by a restaurant), and clean up for our DC wedding if about 125 guests, and they were amazing! Tiffany was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and requests. The day of setup was perfect- exactly the way we had asked for things to be put together. We also received many compliments on the staff who were very professional and courteous to our guests. We highly recommend using their services!
I had Monique and Shayne help me with me BBQ and fireworks party of 40 people. They were fantastic! Very polite, efficient and kept me out of the kitchen and off the grill! It is hard to know where to begin with this review... Tiffany Green and her staff were amazing in their level of professionalism, support, and courteous service throughout our event. We were celebrating our daughter's marriage and, as with any large party, there were a few glitches at the outset. Tiffany and staff arrived and saved the day -- helping us to quickly organize the platters, plates, beverages, etc. -- allowing us to step back and enjoy the experience. I contacted party helpers about one month before my event. Tiffany was very responsive and even called to discuss details of my event after I decided to hire them. The three servers that I did request were on time friendly and even caught me when I made mistakes as to instructions. The rates are reasonable and I will definitely be using party helpers again.

We booked a party helper from Party Helpers for our holiday cocktail party and she was terrific. She was professional and very nice and did an amazing job from the moment she walked into the door. She helped with the last minute details of preparing for the party: setting out the remaining food, putting the final touches on the bar, making sure the coat room was ready, putting a new garbage bag in the kitchen trash can (she thought to do this without us even asking), and even offering helpful suggestions regarding little things to make the setup work better. She did a terrific job of staying on top of gathering plates and glasses, washing them, and getting them back into circulation. She made sure the bar had plenty of ice, she kept all the food replenished, she helped take coats when guests arrived, and she generally kept the party running smoothly. She just knew what needed to be done and took care of it. I was able to enjoy my guests and have a great time at my party because I quickly realized things were totally in control. I would absolutely book help from Party Helpers again. And several of my guests asked for her card as well. We were very happy with this service.

I was hosting a 50th birthday party for my husband and wanted to actually have some fun myself. I hired Tiffany from Party Helpers and she was a real gift! She kept the food tables full and clean, welcomed guests, took coats, cleaned up plates and glasses and packed away the food at the end of the night. I had a great time and did not feel like I had to work during the party. She was wonderful and very pleasant. I had many guests comment on how great she was.
We've hired Tiffany and her team 4 times now in the past 1.5 years. Recently, we threw our annual soiree which is a formal affair, with about 80 + guests in attendance. We only entertain with Tiffany and the party helpers.
Tiffany is amazing. She is calming, organized, and highly experienced. As always, she had Kelly bartending - who expertly (and deftly) arranged a wide array of drinks, including a cocktail she created that was the perfect "welcome" drink. Illana is the newest member of this team. She is incredibly polished and it was evident from the start she knew what she was doing.
For those that entertain in large numbers, they know that sequencing is very important. We are notably particular about the little things. I gave a few instructions, and she did the rest – impeccably. The evening was elegantly managed. I was touched that they made a plate of dinner for my spouse and I – knowing we might not have time to manage that ourselves.
Without having to be prompted, Illana greeted the guests, made polite small talk as she got their coats, and welcomed each one into our home. She introduced Kelly’s famous autumn cocktails to each arriving guest, treating everyone like royalty which was a nice touch. Kelly's amazing bartending had all the guests cheery from cocktail hour to past dessert. Tiffany and Iliana deftly directed the “people traffic” at the right time to the right places during the cocktails hours and dinner service. They swiftly cleared up and reset items in parallel.
My other guests were so impressed, they wanted all the contact info. I will only hire these guys for my parties, whether they are small or larger gatherings – no one else even comes close to Tiffany and her team.
Party Helpers did an excellent job during our wedding. We had two very nice ladies assist our wedding setup and function. By having them handle a good deal of the work load allowed myself and the groomsmen to step back, but also put my bride at ease by not having all the guys trying to set table center pieces. Overall they were very professional and very easy to work with.
