Party Krashers Caricatures and Cartoons

I draw digital and traditional caricatures, as well as full-figure cartoon sketches. I bring digital art equipment, using a Surface Pro and/or a Cintiq 13HD on an easel. I will provide and print a 4x6 print and protect them with plastic document protectors. I come with two stools and a table, and will have a 32" monitor for as many guests to see the process as possible.
If the guest would prefer not to sit, I will take a picture of them and finish the caricature without the need for their presence (done on a first come/ first serve basis)
If time doesn't permit for all who want a caricature to be drawn, I can take their picture and send the completed piece to the event planner.

Duane is a cartoonist and fine artist originally from Northern California, now loving the more relaxed life in New Mexico.

While serving in the US Navy in San Diego in the early 90's, he decided to take a part-time job at the Sea World theme park to learn to draw people in another way. The fast and spontaneous approach to painting people had been just what was needed. He soon found that he loved making people smile (and sometimes laugh) while taking a break from his more “serious” oil and watercolor paintings. “I never thought they'd hire someone with a fine art portfolio and very few cartoon samples. I'm so glad they took a chance.”

I come equipped with everything except power. All I would need is an electrical outlet and a roughly 12'x12' space.
