Party Pro is a boutique company owned and operated by a sole proprietorship that carries a General Liability Insurance ; Party Pro can provide Liquor Liability Insurance on a per event request. What we do, is serve the client by having a consultation after booking establishing needs and expectations for event service. My team and I are compliant with TABC by being certified and hold Food Handling certifications. No event is too small, my range of services can be for one server for a private home event to a staff of twelve for a large event.
The bartenders and waitstaff were pleasant, attentive and expert in their duties! Will hire again!

Guests were extremely satisfied with the service and the drinks were good. The bartender was very friendly and came prepared with all openers, coolers, and lemons/limes. The owner, Gabriela, was very helpful and responsive. We did purchase way too much alcohol and all the liquor was opened, so we now have a full bar at home lol. Overall service was good and I will use for a future event and recommend to others.
I cannot rave enough about Kasandra. She was a 10 out of 10 from the moment she arrived. So helpful throughout our event, going above and beyond. Plus she made the best lemon drop shot I have ever tasted. Our friends and family all complimented on how great a job she did. Great company, would definitely use for my next event.

The two women, Mary T. and Danni, were a delight to work with. They were professional, knew exactly what to do, listened to directions and showed initiative every step of the way. They tackled a big job in a small kitchen. Party Pro charged a reasonable amount, were quick to answer messages, and made sure I could be confident the day of the party. I highly recommend them. The two women were very dear and caring to all my guests. Mary T. was especially attentive to me, making sure I had sparkling water and food at hand. She put together three beautiful cheese boards, handled the massive amount of food with style, stayed past the time to have some closure on all the wine glasses. Mary T. was a special treasure.
We had a great experience with Nicole, Kenneth and Noah. After about a 5 minute orientation of our event they were ready to go and made the event seamless. Would highly recommend using Party Pro and these 3 staffers specifically!
Marty was great. She handled everything from putting out food, taking out trash, cleaning up, making drinks...highly recommended.

Highly recommend Party Pro! They were a big help at my wedding and helped the process of everything go so smoothly. I would recommend booking a service with Party Pro. They were professional and easy to work with from the start. Our bartender for our museum fundraiser event was fantastic. Marty was friendly and professional; she even arrived early to set up and stayed to break down and do a final count of any beverages left.

Gabriella and her team are amazing. We had 2 zoom meetings before our event and she planned everything down to the wire. The day off she came first to set up and introduced her stuff. The waiter and bartender did a amazing job. She even run to the store during the event and bought more ice for us. If you are looking for first class service you should call Gabriella!

It is rare that I rate something as phenomenal, yet in this case, it is well deserving. Our bartender Kasandra was marvelous. In short, not only did she do a phenomenal job, in serving drinks for all my guests, yet she consistently went above and beyond her bar duties which included: approaching guests individually to see if they required anything else (even before their drinks were half-empty), helping me pick up and clean (before, during, and after the party), helping serve food, helping take pictures, etc. This is not just a bar tending service, yet instead a full concierge service for your event, delivered with prompt attentiveness, dedication, and a smile. At the top of my list for my future parties and events.

I can not put in to words the service I received from Party Pros. I didn't need bartending services nor event planning but I did need help serving and setting up my food and I got just what I needed. They came in on time, clean, professionally dressed, and ready to work. They help set up the chafers and burners, they helped organizing the flow of traffic and made sure the food didnt over cook. They were friendly to the guest and what I appreciate most of all was THEM STAYING AND HELPING US GET THE VENUE BACK IN ORDER. YOU CAN NOT PUT A PRICE ON THAT KIND OF HELP BECAUSE IT IS PRICELESS! The young man helped us get the bags of trash to the trash cans, the young lady help wipe down areas and helped us pick up glassware from the tables, they stayed until we were satisfied with what they had provided. I will not be having another party with out Party Pros! I actually would love to get the names of the two servers that helped me because I want them EVERY TIME!!! So respectful and didnt complain when we had to make adjustments. They were solution oriented and flexiable as you all know things dont always go as planned. I cant wait to have them again... My 40th birthday was a success!!!! Thanks again

Gabriela was at the event in plenty of time to set up and made sure everything ran smoothly. She checked on the guests and event picked up empty cups and napkins. She even put napkins under drinks to protect the furniture. I will definitely use her again and will recommend her to other.

They were awesome! Gabriella came in and made sure we were left in good hands. Latoya, Dee, and Anna were amazing. They took care of everything before I could think of it or ask. I highly recommend them. They packed up everything well.
Gabby did not miss a beat. She was supper attentive throughout out the night and was on high demand for our guests. No matter how demanding they were she was one step ahead. I used Party Pro for my wife's surprise 50th birthday brunch on March 14, 2020 and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The waitstaff that assisted with the brunch were Marlo and Jameka and they were both AWESOME. They were on time, dressed professionally and were friendly and courteous to all of our guests. They served the food which was buffet style, cleared tables, kept the food area clean, refilled the ice buckets, and also took the food inside once all guests were served prior to them departing the event. I would definitely use Party Pro again as well as, Marlo and Jameka. My wife thoroughly enjoyed herself and I want to thank Marlo and Jameka of Party Pro again for making my wife's 50th birthday memorable.

At the end of the evening we were astonished at how little clean-up needed to be done. Because they'd done most of it without being asked. When i first searched for a bartender I had around 10 offers for my wedding reception. Gabby stood out of the crowd citing that she would go the extra mile to make sure my guests had a good time and would get home safe. She lived 100% up to her word and her service was amazing! I will always use her as long as she is available for any events I have in the future. If you are reading this and are considering others dont bother go ahead and book her.

Party Pro was an excellent addition to the Supper Club event. She was efficient, helpful and jumped right in to assist. I will definitely use Party Pro services again.
Party Pro showed up at the designated time and set up and helped us organize where to stock the back up supplies. Our guest were happy with the bar set up and service provided. Party Pro even agreed to stay another 30 minutes to ensure the evening ended on a great note. I would highly recommend Party Pro for hosts that would rather socialize with their guest versus making sure everyone has a full glass!
Worst service. They wasted my $750.00 worth of business cards. They were supposed to hand out the cards to guests by going around a party for 4 hours. They just ate at the party, sat around and finally dumped the cards in the trash and left.
I would recommend to stay away from these people and if GigSalad is encouraging and promoting this kind of irresponsible companies, need to stay away from GigSalad too.
So all in all, between GigSalad and PartyPro, they wasted my $750.00 worth of property and stole $400.00 in the name of fee and all they did was to come to the party - Eat Free Food, just Sit Around and leave after 4 hours.

Mr. Reddy I have maintained a 5 star rating with Gig Salad for 3 years; you are my first bad review. I regret that you were not satisfied with our service. You hired us 4 hours before the event on New Year's Eve with little direction. We are servers not Brand Ambassadors, I explained that to you and you stated you would meet us at 7 pm to go over some training on what to say about the promo and the job was simple just pass out cards but you did not show up. I accepted this job not realizing that you wanted us to go pick up cards at one location then drive to another but we complied. When staff arrived to actual event location front door was not even aware we were coming to pass out cards so staff had to standby to get management approval to get event access. I did not receive a full scope of your expectations other than pass out cards. I thought we were helping you out on short notice instead we disappointed you but I STAND BY MY STAFF: we arrived on time, arrived professionally dressed, passed out hundreds of cards and per your direction over the phone allowed to get a plate of food when the job was complete. No direction was given regarding the remainder of the cards staff didn't know what to do so the remainder were left at the club by one staff the other brought 9 cards home. I tried to reach out to you regarding this but you did not return my call. I can mail you the 9 cards if you like... You have my sincerest apologies ....

We were overall satisfied with their service and I -as the bride- didn’t experience anything super negative. Just when I was about to leave I realized that the glasses were all still on the tables and the waitstaff wasn’t there. I was under the impression they were there until 10:30 and they would take the glasses off the tables. I’m not sure if this was a miscommunication on my part, but overall their service was excellent!

Congratulations on your wedding. The contract was from 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Its not usual for staff to only be contracted for the entrée and dessert courses. We even arrived early 1 hour after speaking to your sister the wedding coordinator that cocktail hour started at 5:30 so 2 staff arrived at 4:30 to prepare hors d'oeuvre station in advance. I regret the misunderstanding but I did tell your sister that were contracted until 9:30 pm even though the wedding is over at 10:30 pm. I regret this was missed.
The waitstaff was very professional and very attentive. I really appreciate everything that they did. I would not had an opportunity to enjoy the party if I didn't hired them to help. With their help, they allowed me to be a host and enjoy the party. Thank you.
Party Pro arrived before time to set up, they were professional, and they went over and beyond to help me after the event. The name says it all. The server was amazing, the soor attendant was amazing and Gabriella was amazing. I plan on using Party Pro for years to come for all of my personal events and any other events where Im assisting others. Simply amazing.

My almost 97 year old Mom said to tell Al (as he introduced himself) he was both an "officer and a gentleman" and that it was like having a good friend helping out. My sister said she never saw empty plates and glasses sitting around. Not only was Al a terrific bartender who remembered how people liked their drinks, but he also quietly and efficiently took care of making sure food was supplied on the table, and empty plates and glasses were removed. I don't have parties often, but I will always request Al when I do.

My twin sister and I hosted our 45th Moka Sol all white birthday party on February 5, 2016 and I was in need of a bartender that could fit into my already tight budget. Needless to say I found this wonderful person here and not only did she fit perfectly into my budget, but my guest loved her and how she poured those drinks. She was very professional and extremely sweet. She took very good care of the needs of my party and then some. I strongly and highly recommend Gig Salad for your next event. She will definitely be my go to bartender for future events. Gig Salad is definitely a 5 Star bartender in more ways than one.

I earned an Associates Degree from North Harris now know as Lone Star College. I began my server skills from Pappas and Pappasitos. After college, I polished my server skills working fine dining for Amerigo's Seafood, The Woodlands Country Clubs, Bow Tie Servers, and Exxon Mobile Catering. My bar tending skills were acquired working in large venues: The Woodlands Pavilion, Levy Restaurants, large festivals, and private events. My secular career took me to management with the State of Texas as an Office Coordinator for the Texas Lottery Commission for 7 years. Since, I took my 7 years management experience and my food/hospitality experience started my own company Party Pro. Now, I dedicate myself full time to making every event special for my clients. I love what I do.
