Patrick Dune

Patrick Dune is a 12 time nominated and award winning singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer and owner of his own recording studio “DuneTunes Recording” in Littleton Colorado where he resides. Fueled by his long love of music, faith and self-salvation he was raised in humble beginnings in small town Pickering, Ontario Canada. Dune say’s “it all started with my first Rickenbacker guitar, my first Vox amp and the desire to write, play and record music which grew into a deep passion in my life for creating timeless stories in songs and sharing them all with others. “I have always been a songwriter first”.

Dune got his start early in his music carrer in Canada writing and co-writing songs for other artists that eventually turned into being asked to play different guitar sessions, sing and produce for various music projects. This led to working with and co-writing with finalists for the popular TV show Canadian Idol.

Onstage or in the studio Dune has supported and toured with numerous great Canadian and US artists over the years and after relocating to Denver, Colorado Dune has never looked back and continues to expand his resume of great artists to work with.

Patrick Dune’s release of his single “We’re the Lucky Ones” on Denver’s radio top 40 introduced a new sound that mixed his retro rock roots with a southern flair and vibe of rock and county rock music with pop hooks, and a soulful Rickenbacker guitar vibe that he is very well known for with his band “The DesertHearts” or in the studio.

Dune is also now working on a new record filled with songs that stretch his boundaries of his sound to new limits about life and self redemption, forgivness and faith.
