I have been told my music is very entertaining because there is a lot of ear candy in it. Fans have said that the way I combine phases and ideas make my songs more memorable. When I am writing music I try to spend more time on the lyrics than I do on anything else. That is because I aim to write content that has not been heard before or at least not said the way I would say it. It is a laborious task but it pays off because not only do the fans like my music but I like my music, which makes it fun to perform it. I believe having fun with your music is key to putting on a great show. It does not matter how many times I hear my songs over, I never get tired of them, and that is because of the ground work I lay at the beginning. One other thing that I believe sets me apart from other artist is, I know that I am not the best artist in the world so I am always seeking the top professionals to assist in the music process. Whether that be hiring a feature to do a hook or paying top dollar for the master and mixing process. I believe stage presence is key and I have study the greats to learn how to be entertaining. I learned how you dress, to practicing so you don’t mess your verse up will all effect how well you capture the audience. So if booked for a show I will not just be coming to get paid, I am coming to impress, and fans appreciate that.

My name is Paul Anthony Land and I am a Christian Hip hop Artist. I was born and raised in Buffalo New York. My message through Hip Hop will always be uplifting, positive, and God-centered. I have a style that would remind you of Lil Wayne, Drake, or Lecrae. I am a father of 3 and an entrepreneur. I have had a chance to perform on stage as an opening act for Bizzle, 1k Phew, Flame, and many more. I just finished writing my last book, which makes three, and I am already in the process of starting my fourth book. As a business owner, a committed father, and a college graduate with 2 degrees, I can’t help but be thankful for the opportunities and success that have been given to me, in spite of having a troubled upbringing. I have been in, and out of the court system during my early 20s which caused me to be arrested over 20 times. After my last arrest, I decided to walk a straight path, because as I got older I saw what happened to friends and family who continued that way of life, which was death or jail. Thanks to mentors such as Dr. Roderick Henning's and other prolific thinkers, who taught me how to be necessary. Out of all my life experiences, I can sum it up by using a quote I heard, “You are free to choose your path but not your consequences.” I currently work as a social worker during the day and as an artist at night. When I am not doing either of those things I am working in ministry. I assist the youth ministry at my church where I teach and lead children from the ages of 8 to 21. I am also a usher at my church and I have been serving in that position for 10 years. I assist many other departments in my church from working with the homeless to the music department. I have been writing music for about 20 years and I learned a lot about the craft from stage presence to creating and attending workshops. I learned the music business portion of the craft by attending conferences across the country. What makes me stand out from other artist is not my extensive experience. I believe what makes one have an appeal in music is the passion, and presence of God that is on their life. I am open to performing at almost any event that will allow me to be myself and express my faith openly.
