** We provide continuous non-stop music throughout the evening including the live band as well as DJ Mixes of music you select
** I Emcee the event taking care of the announcement of your bridal party, toasts, and other introductions
** We line up and coordinate your bridal party, parents, ushers etc. for introductions
** I will coordinate toasts and speeches after your introductions
** We provide wireless microphones for toasts and speeches
** We will perform special requests for special dances (First dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance)
** We will coordinate throughout the evening with your photographers & videographers
** I will conference with caterers, wedding planners, and banquet managers prior to your wedding as needed to make sure everything goes perfectly!
The Paul Windsor Orchestra is an energetic and upbeat wedding band. Highly dynamic and with a combination of vocals, rhythms, and horns, the talented musicians will keep you dancing all night long.
Led by vocalist Paul, The Paul Windsor Orchestra consists of a variety of instruments including guitars, bass, keyboards, horns, and drums. The band can play and adapt throughout the wedding day, from a solo or 2-piece piano accompaniment during cocktail hour to a peaceful quintet over dinner. The lively 10-piece band ends the day on a high, performing fun dance tunes to complete the celebrations.
The Paul Windsor Orchestra will be set up and prepared before your guests arrive on the day. Lead Paul takes care of the introductions and toasts so that you can relax and enjoy the evening. The group provides continuous music all night, performing tunes from pop and rock to jazz and the oldies. The band can also perform requested songs for intimate moments such as the first dance. The group is willing to travel for your wedding day and provides lighting, microphones, and a PA system.
The Paul Windsor Orchestra is self contained and brings their own lights and sound system. We also can offer addition sound reinforcement for wedding ceremonies or other activities at the event that may not be located in the same room where the band plays.
