Paula Arlich is a professional pianist with years of experience who understands the building of an event. With an expansive repertoire, she plays jazzy/easy listening cocktail and dinner sets, then as the night progresses, she can kick it up a notch. She can play anything from Frank Sinatra jazz standards, to Aretha Franklin, Journey, CCR, to Lady Gaga. Paula prides herself on the variety of musical styles to suit all types of audiences. Interactive and fun, or background to set a mood. Self contained, she brings her own keyboard and sound system, or if a piano is available, that’s even better!

Paula has been playing the piano since the age of 3 and is an accomplished composer, instructor, and performer. At the age of 12, she began performing publicly for weddings, banquets, private events, and with the youth group at her church. “At home, she would sit at the piano for hours and play whatever came out, and we were all amazed how beautiful it was!” her mother would say. "She'd play for hours and her melodies were very soothing and peaceful."

Under the guidance of Doris Morioka, she began teaching at the age of 15, while she studied and trained through the Certificate of Merit Program. At 18, she graduated through the Whittier Branch of the Music Teacher's Association, earning top awards and honors, including top senior. She was listed in the prestigious "Who's Who in America" publication.

Over the years, Paula has taught kinder music, private piano lessons, was the accompanist for numerous churches and school choir programs. As Musical Director for Broadway Starz Musical theater, she directed and performed with a youth orchestra for 22 musical productions.

Performing with other musicians has always been a true joy for Paula, and she has played the piano/keyboard for a variety of musical groups including "Believer", "YNT", and “Guilty Conscience”. She has played literally hundreds of events throughout the southern California area. In 2019, she joined a Jazz, swing, and Dixieland style jazz ensemble, “Second Hand Jazz” that plays monthly concerts at the Merc in Old Town Temecula.

Paula is known for her ability to play virtually any style of music, ranging from jazz standards, contemporary, classical, rock, pop, Broadway, country, and all points in between, but her passion always remains the softer, more soothing melodies that she loves to create. Her first instrumental CD A Ray of Hope. has sold very well, and one of the songs on the CD was nominated for best song in 2008 by the JPF Music Awards. Paula plays a Yamaha DX660 and provides PA system and intimate lighting.
