Stanley was a great photographer and that is what we initially booked him to do. However, he contacted me prior to booking him via phone to find out our needs as well as to offer videography as a complimentary service because he was “ still learning and wanted to take this as an opportunity for [he and his team] to brush up on those skills.” I agreed and let him know that we hadn’t planned for a videographer but that we would definitely take care of him financially should he provide us with anything outside of our initial booking request. That call was the deciding factor on him being our photographer as there were a lot of seemingly great other candidates on here.
The day of the event, he arrived alone and immediately asked where our videographer was. I reminded him that he verbally offered(my dumb, I take accountability for that) the complimentary services of he and his team. He replied that he was only booked for photography but that he alone would look out for us and do both the videography and photography for an additional charge. At this point, I felt played but it was a rushed intimate wedding with three of our loved ones’ (both of her parents and my grandmother) final moments being at this gathering. So, I agreed and paid outside of the app to avoid conflict and potentially not receiving anything.
There was a major delay in delivery of our footage and pics but I communicated that even raw footage would do given the circumstances. He responded that he wanted to provide us with a nice final product and I appreciated it. I just wish that we weren’t left completely at the mercy of his desires without the things we paid and agreed upon. I did end up getting raw photos but a lot of moments that I remembered being captured were left out so I’m sure that we didn’t receive all of them which was expected if we were accepting unedited photos. I don’t know. I don’t know how it all works. I’m a creative myself and wanted to extend grace but I booked several vendors off of this site and have had a few terrible experiences and they could’ve been avoided if people left real reviews. So, here I am and here you go.

He and his helper was outstanding, friendly, professional and if I could rate above a five star I would. Booked Stanley for our Christmas Party on 12/2/2017. He was great!!! We had about 50 people and Stanley arrived early and took photos of the house and decorations before guests started arriving. He took some really nice photos of the guests and lots of candid shots during the party. Stanley's personality meshed well with all our guests and everyone was very complimentary. We will book Stanley for our summer party in June 2018.

We did a step & repeat at our high school for our annual theater gala. P.E. Images did a wonderful job and the kids loved getting their picture right then (with the date and event on it) as a memory of the evening. PE photography was fantastic, he came in early to set up and helped calm the mother down which is worth it's weight all on its own. He handled the photo booth and photography the whole time and didn't miss a thing. The in site picture prints left everyone smiling, and captured some great memories.
