Peggy has been an entrepreneur since the age of 25 and is CEO of Brockman Enterprises, Inc.. and spent several years helping companies "fix what was broken". In the speaking and training world, she's worked with businesses, military, sales organizations, financial and government agencies, network marketing companies, national and local civic organizations, casino's and many more. She has an extensive background in sales and sales management both in the media world and the direct sales industry. She led a team of over 2,000 sales entrepreneurs and traveled the country training and inspiring them for success by teaching them the value of effective communication. She has been a television show host and a radio show host. Peggy owned a personal and professional development school for many years before moving to Florida. She has held senior leadership positions in both corporate and non-profit environments and has an extensive background in corporate training.

She has served as both an Honorary Commander and the AETC Commander's Civic Leader Advisor for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base and the 1st Special Ops Group at Hurlburt Field. She received the Spirit of Community Award by the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and was a Top 10 Business Women in America for ABWA. She has led the charge on youth and military suicide prevention & education through her non-profit, Bring Hope Now, Inc since 2020 in schools and military bases. Peggy lives in Shalimar, FL and has five beautiful daughters and nine amazing grandchildren around the country.

- Please provide a small table for notes and materials on stage
- Where available, a front viewing monitor for slides
- Peggy will have a powerpoint that requires audio for embedded video & music
- If round table seating, suggest not seating anyone with back to stage.
- Guest will need pen or pencil and notepad for notes and activities.
- If you would like for Peggy to do a book signing event, a table (8 ft preferrable) with 2 chairs will be needed in a high traffic area. She will stay after event to catch attendees on breaks and after event.
- Peggy prefers to do stage, mic & slide show checks either the night before or morning of with whoever will be operating the equipment. She will typically enter from the back of the room with music playing (embedded on her first slide) so she can say hello to guest and get them on their feet motivated for an action packed event.
- Peggy will want to do a pre-meeting with the leaders of the organization to discuss culture, theme of event and what they feel are their biggest challenges and their greatest strengths as an organization and to understand more about the team attending.
