Peggy has been an entrepreneur since the age of 25 and is CEO of Brockman Enterprises, Inc. which provides the prestigious OMS (Operational Management Systems) Assessment Tools. She has an extensive background in sales and sales management both in the media world and the direct sales industry. She led a team of over 2,000 sales entrepreneurs and traveled the country training and inspiring them for success by teaching them the value of effective communication. She has been a television show host and a radio show host. Peggy owned a personal and professional development school for many years before moving to Florida. She has held senior leadership positions in both corporate and non-profit environments and has an extensive background in corporate training.

She also trains for the Costa Leadership Institute at Northwest Florida State College. She is a former Chair of the Board of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce and the annual Peggy Brockman Leadership Award was established in her honor by Leadership Okaloosa in 2005. She has also served as an Honorary Commander for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base and the 1st Special Ops Group and Hurlburt Field. Peggy and her husband Bill live in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. They have five beautiful daughters and seven amazing grandchildren around the country.
