I did a Carnival event two weeks ago in my home. I was very happy with the service and ponies. The kids had a blast..... I will forever remember it. Just to see the smile on my 6 year old granddaughters face was priceless.

So the kids had a great time and so did the adults, I would definitely do a petting zoo again in a heartbeat. The lady was super nice and interacted with the children. The baby bunnies were sooooo fluffy!!!! And the piglet was falling asleep on my arms like a baby loved it. Good times had to get a tent because the Miami sun doesn't play around. P.S they also brought a ponyyy!!!

Booking this company was simple and their follow up to the event was great, but I would recommend that they train their staff that goes to the event to be more professional and friendly. They arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time and were upset that we were not ready. The gentleman that was in charge of the pony rides with the kids was so inattentive that 2 kids fell off the pony rides. Luckily, the kids were on grass and didn't get hurt. Safety should be key with these type of services. I will not use them again and I will NOT recommend this company to my family or friends.
