I am a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for anxiety, and Tantric Style Yoga Nidra. I was looking for someone who could work with me and my trauma and came across Pheonix. Most yoga studios I've been to felt like they were competing for the best. Pheonix taught me that that isn't the point of yoga and it's okay to not be as bendy as the people you see on Instagram. She guided me through yoga flows with so many alternative poses and prop opportunities that I didn't feel like I was failing. She used non-triggering language and let me rest and take a breather when I needed to. It was amazing. I will definitely be hiring her again!
