Phil Nichols Entertainer

There are not enough stars or space to rave about Phil Nichols Entertainer! This event was for Continuing Education for our study club of Dentists and their team. The balloon making was a huge hit! Phil Nichols Entertainment will definitely be coming back to events for us, that will include some magic and juggling. I can't wait to see them at the Renaissance Festival and Rodeo!

I had a group of 9 and 10 year olds and he couldn’t keep them engaged. Overall the show was ok.

Phil and his wife were both awesome and very professional. He even gave my parents who came late an extended performance. We're all happy most especially the birthday celebrant.

The children loved the show ! It was very engaging for ages 5-10 yrs.

Excellent service. Our event was affected by Hurricane Beryl and rained outside. They still showed up, did face painting and balloons in the house!!!! They uplifted the spirits of the kids and the party!!! Thank you for making my 2 year old party a success!!

Phil and his wife (Wingnut) arrived early, set up, and started making balloon animals right away. Phil did his show while wingnut continued with the balloon animals. The show held the children's attention. There were plenty of laughs and the adults enjoyed just as much as the kids.
So glad we decided to book with them and will again in the future when needed!

Phil and his wife were amazing. I was able to book them last minute as we had to change the venue to indoors because of weather. They made the party extra special. Their balloon animals were the best I’ve ever seen and the children and adults were all impressed.we also enjoyed the juggling and magic tricks. I would highly recommend them and would give them more stars if possible!

Santa and Mrs. Claus were the best surprise we could have for the seasons end. Just as you feel the warmth in the pictures attached you feel it when in Santa and Mrs. Claus presence. as soon as they entered our building and walking around so many team members just were kids again. Such a delightful encounter. Their presence was everything to all the team members here. I would hope to have them again to visit this upcoming year. Just magical. The performers arrived on time and were very professional! The kids were so excited!

Santa and Mrs. Claus created a magical and memorable moment for our family! Not only was our 5 year old granddaughter beyond excited and thrilled, so were the adults/family! Santa’s reason for his visit of being on the “Nice List” and how to continue being on it going forward, a bit of Santa history and his Ho, Ho, Ho’s sprinkled in to his storytelling were just what one would imagine Santa to be! Santa kept me updated with his arrival and communication before was great! A night to remember for us all! Thank you Santa Phil!

Mrs Claud was as sweet as the candy she passed out to us🫶🏽… event was fun and we all enjoyed as Santa read to the family. The story book was 200 years old. Great history. Will use them again and again.

We have had Phil Nicols & his Wife/Assistant entertain the children at our daycare on multiple occasions. They are always professional, on time, and put on a great show for the kids. We love booking them and they are always our first choice when it comes to entertainment for our center.

We were expecting just Phil and were greatly and happily surprised to find 2 clowns showed up! (the other being his wife, whom he met in clown college of so many years ago). We spend the first 30 minutes twisting balloons into various animals requested by the audience. Afterwards, an interactive magic show and ventriloquist act followed and was greatly received and appreciated by both the children AND the adults!

Throughout the entire show we were treated to witty conversation, some history about clowning and engaging one-on-one interaction with volunteers from the audience. We continued talking about how great the show was long after the 2 clowns had left for their next GIG. We will be calling them back to another event in the near future. (Highly recommended).

We hired them for our son’s 30th birthday as a surprise. They were excellent entertainers and included our son in their acts. They kept us all engaged and laughing. Also we learned a lot about interesting clown life 😊sad tried to learn juggling. Exceeded our expectations and Jonathan said this was the best present ever! I would highly recommend!

Phil and his wife did advanced balloon twisting and face painting at my son's fourth birthday party. The theme of the party was transformers and i had asked for him to make an optimus prime out of balloons. What he made was fantastic, almost as big as my son who loved it. I am very happy I am booked them both for the party, the kids loved it and they were a pleasure to have there.

For our show, he did balloon twisting , a few magic tricks and puppets. Children and Adults enjoyed it alike.

I had the balloon twisting and clown show for a small gathering and it was just perfect! Everybody kept commenting on how good they were. Adults were very entertained and invested as well! One child even caught them on the way out just to say they were the best clown they ever had!

We decided to do something different and had clowns! One hour was great - funny humor and excellent balloon animals for everyone!

We had them for our son's 2nd birthday party at home and they entertained all the kids of all ages and the adults too. They made really cute balloons for the kids and the magic show after was entertaining for the entire crowd. Got compliments from all the guests later that kids were talking about them when they got home.

We hired clowns for a 36 yr old male and the entire office had so much fun with the show and balloons. They are experts at balloons!! I would definitely hire them again.

The performance was over the top. Interaction with not only the kiddos, but the adults as well was fantastic. The variety of things that were done, balloons, face painting, juggling, etc., were all performed at a very high skill level. Everyone could easily tell you were dealing with the utmost professionals in their field. Highly recommend!

We hired PhilNick for a Drive-Thru Cancer Survivor's Celebration at our facility this month, wanting the event to be uplifting and fun, but at the same time wanting to stay safe with Covid restrictions. PhilNick really made all the difference and were our STARS, bringing laughter and joy to all the patients as they visited each car, presenting balloons, doing juggling acts to honor each patient. I appreciated their joyful enthusiasm, passion for the patients, and dedication to their trade and would not hesitate to hire this duo again for any future events.

PHILNICK WAS THE BEST CLOWN EVER! MY AUDIENCE ENJOY HIM, BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS! He was very polite and arrived early. He was challenged by a rude spectator but he never folded or enticed the situation and I felt so bad for him but he maintained at all times. We had some great performances but the only one my 15 yr daughter keeps talking about was the clown! lol He made the kids balloons which, kept them occupied with something fun to play around with. Also, he is several acts in one. He juggles, does a ventriloquist act, tells jokes, does trick, face paintand it just lighten up the decor of my festival. I really appreciate him. Thank you sooo much Mr. PhilNick! You are absolutely adore and will hire again.-:)

This was the best experience of our kids lives these entertainers was so amazing they were so professional so caring answering all the silly questions the kids was asking them and did an amazing job with keeping all the kids an adults entertained thank you the kids had a blast.

We had PhilNick come for my 7 yo son’s birthday party. He and his assistant arrived well before time to set things up. Started with twisting balloon which the kids absolutely loved. This was followed by some magic tricks and ended with ventriloquism. Overall a great performance for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him.

PhilNick the great and his assistant arrived on time and kept us posted of their ETA etc. They were extremely pleasant and super professional. I appreciate their patience. We had a few guests arrive late and they waited until everyone was there to start the show. They are extremely talented balloon twisters too. Even the adult guests asked for balloon twisting after seeing how gorgeous the kids balloons came out. The show was AMAZING! They had an amazing mix of magic show, juggling, comedy, guest interaction & Ventriloquism . The show was loved by both kids and adults. If I could give them 6 stars would. Hire them you will not regret it!!!

I invited PhilNick the Great to come to one of our year end cubscout events. He was amazing. I selected his Old West Medicine Man Theme, which enspired Cowboy themed attire and games for our event. However, he does several different themes. The kids had an amazing time during his 1 hour show. They were entertained by his ventriloquism, mesmerized by his magic and were rolling in laughter with his final act of using an audience member as his "puppet." PhilNick also mentioned that he was a former Eagle Scout, which was a nice connection with the scouts.

Excellent value for the price. I would highly recommend considering PhilNick the Great for your next scouting event, birthday party, etc.

It started out with me wanting a simple puppet show for my 4 year old's birthday party. Living in Houston you would think easy ?? Found out because of covid a lot of these kind of entertainments are sadly no longer available. While searching the web I came across Gig Salad an agent for event entertainment. They responded in minutes. There were 4 puppet entertainers that responded with PhilNick being the 1st and offering everything I was looking for and more. He was a little more costly than I was wanting but he and his assistant delivered a PROMPT fun entertaining show. I also have to say GigSalad does a good job of communication between you and their vendor. With that being said if you don't have a vendor that pays attention to details, that's where the panic comes in. PhilNick pays attention and is informative. I want other's to know PhilNick's show and the person Phil and his assistant where fun ,caring, wonderful people and young and old had a great time watching and even participating in his show. Thank you PhilNick the Great Master of Ventriloquism and GigSalad for an awesome stress free experience.

This was the first time we hired Phil for our annual community carnival. Phil was great at communication before and after the event. He showed up ahead of his time to prepare for the show. Very organized and prompt.

Phil performed at a luncheon for widows and widower at Sharpstown Baptist Church. Everyone enjoyed his performance, especially the end when he turned our pastor into a puppet. I received many compliments following the event saying that the luncheon, including the entertainment, was great. The entire event was a great success.

We had Mr. Phill and his assistant yesterday for my son’s 7th birthday. Mr. Phill did a fantastic job. Not only kids but also all adults had great fun. He’s truly great entertainer and the best is, he performed with heart. We agreed only one hour for the show but when everyone is locked in with him, he performed more than what we expected.

The show was amazing and all the children were engaged! The interactive parts were the best! I'm an educator and I was so amazed at the learning that took place along with the entertainment. The adults were complimenting the show long after out carnival themed party had ended.

We’ve invited Phil to our company Family Event , needless to say our tow halls are not equipped with anything entertaining , but Phil has everything with him; within a few monitored he had a stage set up with background and all other things to make you feel you’re at the theatre/ show place. And certainly the performance itself has attracted kids if various ages and parents too; It was amazing ! Everyone shared how great the show was when we were back at work on Monday ! Seriously! This was an amazing event for us! Phil contacted us well before the event to touch base and even let us know that he was on his way the morning of the event! Great communication. He and his Wing Nut arrived ahead of time to set up and to ensure everything was ready to go. Phil was engaging and entertaining - he involved the children at every opportunity. Our Shyest student participated and even bowed at the end! He ensured that he knew what the students were learning about (Puppets) and made sure to incorporate this information into his performance. It is rare to have such a collection of talent in one show. But Phil pulled it off and the kids had an absolute blast! Even the parents enjoyed all the entertainment. We would hire Phil and Wing Nut again...and again.

Not only the students loved him but he kept the parents’ attention as well. Since it was a PTA-funded event, we needed someone to fit our budget and Mr Nichols is very reasonably priced. OH how fun! We had a Friendsgiving event with lots of kiddos and Mr. Nichols was very interactive and entertaining to them! Mr. Nichols did a guest lecture for the Students at the University of Houston School of Theatre and Dance. He gave amazing insight into the art of Ventriloquism, its history and techniques and introduced them to the art of making his performance partners. He gave an entertaining and informative performance/ lecture that was engaging and thought provoking. The students learned a whole new area of performance that will enhance their studies. Thank you Phil for sharing your knowledge and insight with the future performers and artisans.

At the final rehearsal of the live Keys For Kiddos Television Happiness Show at a local church, one could call this Director anything but Happy from the application of Murphy's Law, (anything that could go wrong, did). Had it not been the work of our Lord working through the talents of Phil Nichols and his professionalism, the show itself would have been a disaster. The audience, comprised of adults and children were lifted by the messages conveyed through song, dance and skits. It's amazing what we humans are willing to learn from "Dummies".

Mr. Phil bills himself as a celebrated Ventriloquist, and he is right to do so! He is a fantastic performer, puppeteer and master of the ventriloquial (yes, that's an actual word) art!
His show was the highlight of my New Year's Eve event! He tailored his material to be specific to my event and guests. It was a riot! He did so many illusions and specialty tricks in addition to the comedy routines with his puppets! It was a lot of bang for the buck!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Phil or use him again!
