I had an engagement party and Pilot Media was awesome. Since I am an accountant, I know nothing about storyboards and pre or post video behind the scenes, Pilot Media held my hand through the whole process. It was smooth and I’m not sure how they did it, but the video looked like I spent thousands on the party when it was really a quaint get together at my home. Thank you guys so much.

McKinney did a good job on the videos for my band's show, and was open to feedback, suggestions, changes, etc. The biggest criticism would be time setting expectations. I think that if McKinney goes ahead and sets expectations given other jobs and work schedules that videos will generally take 3-4 weeks to deliver and be edited, customers will go in with their eyes open. I think the prices are reasonable and maybe less than some other video production companies specifically because of the time to deliver. But, it should be understood that these savings are a result of a longer wait time, which can be deemed acceptable or not by the customer so they can go in with their expectations set correctly. Also, sometimes reaching Usolutions is difficult. Overall, good work on video production, but need to work on overall expectations and professionalism from a business standpoint.

They were professional and on time. They also kept us informed before, during and after the event of all details of what they were recording and ask us questions of what we expected. I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and other ministries! Thank you!!!
