I had asked for a bagpiper for my father’s birthday and it could not have gone better. My father was engrossed in the music and loved the song selection. Piper Waters was a true professional and wonderful on the pipes. I highly recommend him.

About
I have been piping professionally for almost 50 years. I have retired from teaching music at Western Carolina University and now devote all my time to practicing and performing music on the great highland bagpipes.
I was fortunate to study with some of the greatest pipers of the 20th century: Seamus MacNeill and Duncan Johnstone. I was pipe major of Highlands NC Pipes and Drums for 35 years. I know teach piping at Canongate HS in Asheville, NC. I have a very busy performing schedule. I enjoy this.
