Pipin' Fla

Pipin Fla dis a wonderful job in a Celebration of Life program for my husband. Before the event he was highly responsive, extremely capable with his range of songs, and very accommodating regarding our desires for the program. At the event, his music was impeccably delivered, his traditional attire was greatly admired, and his delivery of the sanctity of the moment was appreciated by everyone in attendance.

Ken did an amazing job!! Extremely professional understood the event. His music was incredible. The whole room was crying as he walked in playing and as he left playing Amazing Grace! Thank You Ken!! Pete loved it from up above!

We had Ken play at our son's wedding. He played outside the church as guests were arriving. It was great to have a piece of our Irish heritage be part of the wedding! He was very flexible and communicative regarding the logistics.

Ken was fantastic. Great communicator, prompt response to request, played beautifully, and very respectful. Very fitting/emotional playing the Marine Corps Hymn while we walked my father’s casket out of the church - a memory I’ll never forget. With much appreciation, thank you Ken - a job well done.

I had a memorial for my mom... ken was wonderful... he was such a sweet guy, and he is fantastic!!! His playing was amazing which is not surprising as he is currently in a champion group... but he saw my vision for the service, and jumped right in!!! I cannot recommend him enough!!! Thanks ken!!!

Ken put on a masterful performance for our party on March 9. He captured the hearts and minds of everyone who attended, played some wonderful bagpipe pieces including my favorite, The Gael and engaged with the audience by answering their numerous questions and sharing some of the history of the bagpipes.

Ken arrived when he said he would. He reach out before to find out the songs we wanted. He played the three week asked for the service. Then he asked if we wanted to be pipe into the reception which we did.

We have had bagpipes at our family functions before, but Ken was by far the best. Many of the guest were surprised and intrigued by this addition to the ceremony and the music was beautiful. Most times the bride and groom forget they are being piped out and rush back up the aisle, leaving the bagpiper off guard. As a great touch, Ken walked down the aisle ahead of their departure, turned, started playing and led them out. I was so impressed with his leadership in his part of the ceremony. We are so happy with our choice of Pipin’ Fla.

He played songs through the dining room, stopped at our sweetheart table and played a tribute song for my Husbands grandfather that had passed away and then led the party into the reception room. We hired him to play for my father's 90th birthday. He's superb piper. We expected that. He was very accommodating and helped us with the surprise. He is a true pro. He paid attention to my father. He graciously asked if we wanted a family picture with him. He turned out to be the perfect gift for my dad who is very hard to buy for.

We wanted to surprise my husband on his 80th birthday! Due to the corona virus, our options were slim!
My daughter in New Jersey. Suggested the bag piper . We contacted your group and Dan was your choice! He was truly amazing! His choices of music were perfect and my husband was delighted as he is such a music buff! Dan also gave us some insight into The music of Scotland and some fun facts about the bagpipes. It was a wonderful evening and the perfect gift for an 80th celebration!

Ken arrived early, gave a great performance, and suggested songs, including starting with “Happy Birthday “, that made the event special. He was both personable and professional. We enjoyed every minute!

My mom was turning 90 and we had planned a party to celebrate. She was so looking forward to that celebration with family and friends. Of course, all was cancelled due to the Corona virus. So, we arranged for Ken to play bagpipes for her and had some friends come by to watch from a distance. My mom was thrilled and loved the music!! Ken was professional and he was friendly!!
