I am a pole and lyra (aerial hoop) performer based in Louisville, KY and am also an instructor at Suspend and Freestyle Fitness. I began my aerial journey over a decade ago and have dedicated my life to it since 2012.
What I do, whether on the pole or lyra, is a combination of circus, dance, and gymnastics. There is never any nudity! I can customize acts to your needs or you can choose to have me perform a previously choreographed piece.
Aerial arts are perfect entertainment for nearly any event! Hire me for a variety show, corporate gig, live music event, private party, etc.

I will do one 3 - 7 minute set in a 45 minute period with a maximum time commitment of 6 hours, starting from the show's call time. Rates vary, depending on how many sets you want.
My performances combine dance, acrobatics, strength, and flexibility. Musicality and audience connection play important roles.
I am the owner of Defiance Studios in Lexington, KY where I teach pole fitness, aerial arts, and more. From a young age I was always climbing on and hanging from whatever I could, so pole and aerials were obvious choices! Once I started pole classes it became my obsession. Now I am happy to share my love of pole fitness with anyone who is interested! I have been on my own pole journey for more than a decade, have trained with many championship winning pole stars, and am a certified pole instructor through Discoveries Pole Dance. Lyra and other aerial arts were a natural progression. I have spent the last two years cross-training in aerials (especially lyra) with everyone I could. In addition to sharing my passion with others, I now work as a performing aerialist and pole artist.

An overhead anchor that is rated for a minimum of 3000 lbs (for lyra performance)
Safe access to rigging point (for lyra performance)

Space for storage of assembled freestanding stage pole - 5' diameter - both pre and post set (for pole performance)
Safe staging and exit for the set
Minimum of 8' diameter empty floor space around performance area
Minimum 12' ceiling height
Dressing room or private changing area where the general public are not permitted, with access to restroom, sink, mirror, adequate lighting and floor space in which to stretch and warm up
At least one member of support staff present, of my own choosing, to assist with rigging and technical preparation
