Poeman Productions was established in 2006 By Ryan Brevard( Mr. Poe). His love for music drives him to be one of the best in the DFW Metroplex. Raised in Compton Ca, he brings a west coast feel to his beats but with a south side knock and hi-hats. Sharesha Johnson(Candii Raiin another Producer), born and raised in Dallas, Texas. An upcoming female producer, since 2006 with the production team at Poeman Productions. Specializes in creating great beats, with new southern diverse sounds. Developed to help new, and local artist find various varieties of beats from one of the best sounds of music with Poeman Productions. J-RYD, a hot new artist coming out of the North Dallas. Once a member of the Slum and Dump DJ Team, J-RYD has perfected the new found verse of Screw &chopped music but on a whole other level. The Swang & Swung mix he puts to it makes you do just that in your whip, Swang & Swung! Poeman has always been about helping and developing new artist and helping new labels find that new sound they are looking for. Poeman is a member of ASCAP. Ryan ( Mr. Poe) Brevard has a natural gift with music and is not a stranger to the music business. He has been producing music for over 15 years. Within those 15 years, he has co-owned 5 record labels , produced and engineered well over 2,000 tracks (numbers may vary), and performed at numerous events. One being the 1st Hip Hop concert in Lewisville Texas, which Poeman Productions had acts like: Mr. Pookie, Mr. Lucci, Enertia and Young Bleed. Also, he's opened for mainstream acts like Paul Wall and was Voted #1 on Dallas Tx's (link hidden) The Beat "Unsigned Grind Contest".Mr.Poe has a online radio show called Da Block party, where is showcases only underground Hip-HOP in all forms.
