My husband was so happy when Toast showed up to our apartment. The ladies were so professional and lovely. Couldn't ask for more!
Haley and her assistant were wonderful! First of all Haley drove 2 hours to my house to give my niece an unforgettable birthday! They were extremely patient with the children and gave them an amazing experience on the pony rides. The children were able to dress up the ponies and watch their tricks. I am in customer service myself and always have high expectations, so I highly recommend Haley and her business for your next event. Thank you Haley!!

Thanks for a great experience from start to finish. Hayley and "Toast & Angel" were completely amazing. Hayley was very professional to deal with and was super friendly. "Toast" was such a good boy for the kids to dress-up, and "Angel" was an adorable mini horse that pulled the pink princess cart. The kids and adults loved the whole entire thing! I would completely recommend the Pony Party Bus to any parent wanting something special and unique for their kid's birthday party!

Toast was very cute (and very tiny). He let the kids dress him up and was very well behaved. Unfortunately due to traffic and possibly poor planning, the Pony Party Bus arrived an entire hour late, stayed for only 35 minutes, but still charged me for an hour. Because it was my son's birthday, I didn't want to get in an argument, but totally feel like I should have been charged half the price (or less... A bunch of kids missed the pony because of the super late arrival and departure before the hour was up). Pretty disappointing customer service. But a cute pony.

Quite honestly, the way that you handled the unfortunate traffic and accident ahead was unfortunate. I honestly and truly did keep you updated with the event arrival as discussed via text and I also called you stating that we were on our way and saying that we were very very excited for your party!!! I apologize that you were unhappy with the unfortunate and uncontrollable later than hoped/planned arrival. I am a dedicated and experienced business professional with numerous professional, personal, and horse related references. We have been in business for going on 10 years and have always provided fun, safe and fantastic birthday party entertainment for the kids all over the Northeast! I hired the pony party bus this past weekend for my daughter's 5th birthday party and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Hayley was great to work with when it came to booking the event, and was very professional. My daughter and her guests got to take pony rides in a special pink princess carriage and got to dress up one of the ponies! Everyone absolutely loved it! The miniature ponies Toast and Angel were so great with the kids and were really adorable! Would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for something special for their next event or child's birthday party!

The Pony Party Bus, was founded in 2007, at the age of 12, by a young equestrian & entrepreneur Hayley Holzhacker. Hayley had the determination and the true desire for acquiring miniature horses and sharing the joy they brought her with others. She planned to start a kid's party miniature horse entertainment business with her sweet and adorable Miniature Horse after she got them. Pony Party Bus, initially originated in Fairfield County, Connecticut and then ultimately transitioned to Southern Maine. We are an event pony party entertainment company that offers our miniature horses and services to the majority of Southern Maine & for an additional travel quote if based more than 30 miles from Portland, ME. At our discretion and due to availability, we may be able to travel further depending on the event booking season & the type of event being requested and the weather is also taken into consideration as well. We operate in Rain or shine! Extra Rain dates are available for an additional $10 to hold that date for you in case you need to postpone your initial event date as scheduled. your provided event quote.

** Our horses are our family members and are very well taken care of. ** All animals are up to date on vaccinations, have all their required shots & an updated (coggins) done annually, and all of our animals are regularly seen by our equine farrier to trim their hooves & also are seen frequently by our wonderful vet. ** Looking for a safe, fun and friendly mini horse & pony party provider? *Horse trailer parking is a preset up arrangement that the event client will discuss with with our company to ensure ease of loading/unloading the ponies!
- No treated chemicals or pesticides on the lawn please. It is dangerous for our mini's tummy and can make him sick.
- If you do have treated grass, we can operate our mini horse dress up station and basecamp on the driveway where there is no grass.
