My daughter's 3rd birthday was so special thanks to pony tales my daughter had an absolute blast thank you guys so much!!!
Our students and parents loved the petting zoo that Pony Tales brought to our school! The staff was friendly and polite. They provided brushes and water buckets for the students to brush the animals with water to cool off. They had a hand sanitizer station to sanitize at the end and fun music to enjoy while spending time with their animals. We are definitely going to be using them again for future events!
I went to the strawberry festival in palm coast this past weekend and I walked into this companies petting zoo they have set up to find something I definitely did not expect. There was a very young girl supervising the kids with the animals that did not really seem to know/care what was going on. The children were absolutely TORMENTING the bunnies. (I know kids will be kids and may not know any better these kids were probably only around 4 years old) however the girl in charge was not saying anything. These kids were chasing the bunnies in full speed and when I walked around the corner where the chickens were at I saw a little black lop eared bunny cowered down in the corner absolutely petrified. I kneeled down to just pet the top of its head to see if I could calm it down a little and noticed the eyes on this bun. The eyes were all goopy and I actually could not see actual eyeballs on the bunny. I do not think this bunny could even see, and I asked the girl in charge if the bunny was blind to which she responded “ No he’s fine. He has some disease but idk what it’s called.” Um okay!?? And you’re just letting these kids chase these buns around… this black bunny was so scared and breathing so heavy I felt so bad for this baby. They should not have any business bringing this baby to ANY events let alone one where they know kids will be trying to touch and play and chase the animals around. I am extremely disappointed and I feel so bad for that bunnies and the others as well. And the lack of care when I expressed my concern was very alarming. How many other events do they bring these babies to while they are sick/ not well or they could possibly have a disease that is contagious to the other bunnies?? That bun needs medical treatment, not a day at a petting zoo where the kids are chasing them around at full speed. I’m not convinced the bunny even had eyeballs and the girl had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t blind and that the bunny was fine.. I would appreciate if someone from this company would reach out to me to let me know the real story behind this bunny because I have been sick to my stomach thinking about this poor baby since Saturday.
We booked Pony Tales for a holiday house party theme pets and PJs! . Kids had a blast . Donna was very gentle with kids , and animals were just beautiful . It was by far the best ever experience so far . I thoroughly enjoyed both Donna’s company , and all exotic beautiful petting zoo animals . I will certainly use her For future parties . Thank you for making the day spectacular for the kids ! What a beautiful start to holiday break !

We had an event over the weekend just after the hurricane. Pony Tales came through for us and made our event awesome! Even though we had lots of fun games/ blowups, they were the biggest hit! Can’t say enough good, just loved the professional business they have, and their care for their animals was evident. The ladies at Pony Tales were able to help me with a last minute emergency booking for our HOA's Winterfest event. The petting zoo we had originally booked backed out, and upon hearing of our troubles finding a new petting zoo, Pony Tales re-arranged schedules and jumped through hoops with us to bring the petting zoo to our event. 300+ people were thrilled to be able to meet and greet their animals. They stayed positive, kept the line moving in an assertive but not unpleasant fashion, and have received positive feedback in our post-event reviews.

Aa Donna’s truck and horse trailer pulled up to the barn, all of the little girls ran up to greet her and the horses. I added the unicorn package for my 7 year old’s birthday party and it was a hit. The petting zoo had little turtles, silkie chickens, three goats and two rabbits. Donna is very friendly and helpful and so are her teenage helpers. I could see she really cares about her animals and they all looked happy and healthy. The birthday girl is very happy as well! Thank you Pony Tales!

This hit every mark for my grandsons birthday party! The ponies were adorable and so well behaved. Their owners were exceptionally friendly and professional. I booked Pony Tales for my daughter 3rd Birthday party. I contacted Donna via Facebook and she got back to me right away. We booked a traveling pony for an hour for $150. We paid a $50 via PayPal then $100 cash the day of the party. She does accept card, but there is a 3% fee.
Donna is amazing. She was running a tad bit late from a previous party, but kept me up to date via text. When she arrived she had Peanut all dolled up with ribbons and ready to go.
She is extremely professional and handled our group of crazy kids like she's done it a million times in the horrendous Florida heat. I need to take tips from her, lol.
We even had a dog from next door dig out from underneath the fence and I was terrified it would scare Peanut, but thankfully everything turned out ok. (On the invoice it clearly states no dogs)
I highly recommend Pony Tales! She offers many other services and has her own farm you can go visit as well. I look forward to booking more parties with her in the future and checking out her farm.

We had a toy story themed birthday party for my 4 year old and 1 year old. Even my 1 year old loved the animals!! These animals are so calm. At one point the miniature pony had about 7 kids brushing him and he was wonderful. Highly recommended!!
